Demora de 1 hora pra fazer ficha na recepção.
Cheguei antes do horário marcado, para não gerar atrasos e a recepcionista me informa que só faz ficha no horário, até aí tranquilo , mais e o médico vai me chamar no horário
Uma falta de respeito com o paciente, fui levar minha filha de 2 anos para fazer uma ultrassom de abdômen total, ela está em jejum e não tem nenhuma prioridade, quanto a isso
Achei ridículo essa clinica, infelizmente foi a gastroenterologista que indicou .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelos comentários que eu li acredito que é um péssimo local para realizar exames, pois me passaram dois números de telefone e nenhum atende e nem dá sinal, se para agendar um exame é assim imagina na hora de fazer o procedimento. Só dei uma estrela pois não tem como mandar sem estrela mas se conseguir realizar o exame talvez mude o meu comentário e aumento as estrelas.
From the comments I've read I believe it's a terrible place to perform exams, as they gave me two phone numbers and none of them answer or give a signal, if to schedule an exam, imagine when having the procedure. I only gave one star because there's no way to send it without a star, but if I manage to take the exam, maybe I'll change my comment and increase the stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uso os serviços da Gobbo desde o início da minha gestação e realmente a qualidade dos aparelhos de ultrassom é péssima! A imagem é amarela e o telão que temos para ver o bebê é verde, horrível! Além disso, estão com o aparelho do ultrassom 4D quebrado e sem previsão de volta (não poderei fazer do meu filho) mesmo que seja um serviço pago por fora do convênio.. o Dr. Kleber é muito grosseiro, todas as vezes que fiz ultrassom com ele, foi um stress! Ele me machucou de tanto apertar o aparelho, na minha barriga, foi horrível! Fora que "chacoalhava" a minha barriga para o bebê se mexer tão dolorido... A Dr. Camila é maravilhosa!!!! Ontem fiz meu ultrassom com ela e ela me passou uma paz que nunca senti antes! Foi uma delícia fazer o exame com ela!!! Me explicou tudo certinho e tirou várias fotos!!! Maravilhosa!!!
I use Gobbo services since the beginning of my pregnancy and the quality of the ultrasound equipment is really terrible! The image is yellow and the screen we have to see the baby is green, horrible! In addition, they have the 4D ultrasound device broken and there is no forecast to return (I can't do it for my son) even if it is a paid service outside the health insurance. Dr. Kleber is very rude, every time I have an ultrasound with him, it was a stress! He hurt me from squeezing the braces on my stomach, it was horrible! Besides that it "shake" my belly for the baby to move so painful... Dr. Camila is wonderful!!!! Yesterday I did my ultrasound with her and she gave me a peace I've never felt before! It was a delight to take the exam with her!!! He explained everything to me correctly and took several pictures!!! Wonderful!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviço bom, mas não cumprem com o horário agendado. Acho engraçado que minha mulher sempre chegou no horário, mas nunca é atendida no horário , sempre atrasa. Mas um dia que ela atrasa, não atendem...
