★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em fevereiro deste ano comprei um T-Cross seminovo com o vendedor Márcio. Desde o início da conversa fui muito bem atendida, todas as minhas dúvidas foram esclarecidas e fechamos negócio. Mesmo com a burocracia do meu banco (muita burocracia), pude contar com a imprescindível ajuda do Márcio que foi muito atencioso para que a compra do carro fosse da melhor forma possível. O atendimento após a retirada do carro e posterior troca da placa para Mercosul também foi excepcional. Recomendo que procurem o vendedor Márcio, foi muito parceiro. Na minha opinião um ponto a melhorar é a abordagem feita pela equipe que vende serviços extras, como higienização, hidratação dos bancos de couro, vitrificação, cristalização do para-brisa etc. A abordagem e oferta para comprar um dos serviços é muito agressiva. Fiquei bem incomodada com a insistência da vendedora e até com certa raiva, a ponto de fechar a execução de um dos serviços para que parassem de me ligar, mandar mensagem. Passado alguns minutos fiquei me questionando por que não precisaria ter comprado nenhum serviço, afinal o carro já era meu. Enfim, espero que melhorem essa parte da abordagem e oferta de serviços extras. Voltarei a loja para futuras revisões do meu carro.

The service after picking up the car and later changing the license plate to Mercosur was also exceptional. I recommend that you look for the seller Márcio, he was very friendly. In my opinion, one point to improve is the approach taken by the team that sells extra services, such as cleaning, hydration of the leather seats, vitrification, crystallization of the windshield, etc. The approach and offer to buy one of the services is very aggressive. I was very uncomfortable with the saleswoman's insistence and even a little angry, to the point of closing the execution of one of the services so that they would stop calling me, sending me a message. After a few minutes I was wondering why I wouldn't need to buy any service, after all the car was already mine. Anyway, I hope they improve this part of the approach and offer extra services. I will return to the store for future revisions of my car.
