Fui em um domingo de manhã no horário de 11:30 para o café da manhã e chegou com 1:15 de atraso após o pedido e com itens faltando, todos que estavam aguardando também estavam insatisfeitos. Os garçons estavam de pura má vontade, não davam a menor atenção aos clientes! Deu pra perceber que o restaurante é bem desorganizado e que o atendimento é deplorável. Não voltarei e não recomendo para ninguém.
 Terrible service! I went on a Sunday morning at 11:30 for breakfast and arrived 1:15 late after ordering and with items missing, everyone who was waiting was also dissatisfied. The waiters were in pure ill will, they didn't pay any attention to the customers! You could see that the restaurant is very disorganized and that the service is deplorable. I won't be back and I don't recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento melhorou, mas a direção da casa continua sofrível. As opções de cardápio não permitem composição apesar dos preços elevados. Parece que quem dirige a cada nunca fez uma refeição no local.
Outro detalhe surreal é que propõe ao cliente que acesse no celular o Cardápio online da casa, mas . . . o restaurante nem o local dispõe de free wi-fi (sic). Convenhamos, um ponto turístico e um restaurante turístico no Jardim Botânico do Rio de Janeiro . . . não tem free wifi. Uahu!!!
Service has improved, but the management of the house remains poor. Menu options do not allow for composition despite high prices. It seems that whoever runs every never had a meal at the place.
Another surreal detail is that it proposes the customer to access the house's online menu on their cell phone, but . . . the restaurant nor the place has free wi-fi (sic). Let's agree, a tourist spot and a tourist restaurant in the Botanical Gardens of Rio de Janeiro. . . does not have free wifi. Wow!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lugar tinha tudo para ser perfeito. A qualidade da comida não condiz com o valor cobrado. O serviço é ruim. Parte do pedido chegou antes e a outra parte (uma rélis tapioca), chegou quase uma hora depois e ainda trouxeram outra coisa no lugar. Pedi para cancelarem, pois já havia demorado demais, mas não cancelaram. Enfim... lugar é lindo, mas se resolver ir, vá com expectativa lá embaixo.
The place had everything to be perfect. The quality of the food does not match the price charged. The service is bad. Part of the order arrived earlier and the other part (a tapioca relish), arrived almost an hour later and they even brought something else instead. I asked them to cancel, as it had already taken too long, but they didn't. Anyway... the place is beautiful, but if you decide to go, go downstairs with anticipation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O café só é bonito e bom se você tiver um Instagram de review de comida. Pedimos o café para duas pessoas no valor de R$108,90 onde dizia que vinha cesta de pães variados. Variados? Vieram dois brioches velhos e dois pãezinhos com recheio de chocolate. Suco de laranja passado e frutas passadas, a uva veio estragada e tivemos que pedir pra trocar. O iogurte tão ralo que pra comer precisaria de um canudo. A torrada Petrópolis extremante gordurosa e rançosa. Atendimento péssimo, demorado, garçons perdidos e “batendo cabeça” no salão, pedido veio incompleto e nós que precisamos avisar o que faltava… Não comemos quase nada do que veio. Pior experiência da minha vida com café da manhã e dinheiro jogado fora. Não se iludam com o que vocês veem no Instagram deles! Extremamente decepcionante!
Coffee is only beautiful and good if you have a food review Instagram. We ordered the coffee for two, worth R$108.90, where it said a basket of assorted breads came. Miscellaneous? Two old brioches and two buns with chocolate filling arrived. Orange juice stale and fruit stale, the grape came spoiled and we had to ask to exchange it. Yogurt so thin that you would need a straw to eat it. The Petrópolis toast is extremely greasy and rancid. Terrible, long service, waiters lost and “hitting their heads” in the room, order came incomplete and we needed to let you know what was missing… We didn't eat almost anything that came. Worst experience of my life with breakfast and money thrown away. Don't be fooled by what you see on their Instagram! Extremely disappointing!

We love both the place we have reserved, for the celebration of our engagement, as well as the service provided by the person in charge together with his entire team. All polite and considerate! It was a very well organized afternoon coffee with varied options. A pleasant environment in contact with nature. We recommend!

Optamos pelo COMBO GARDEN COFFEE ESPECIAL que vem com: 2 bebidas quentes, 2 sucos naturais, 1 cesta de pães artesanais, ovos mexidos com bacon, queijo minas, peito de peru, 2 torradas Petrópolis, geléia, manteiga, 2 fatia de bolo da casa, 2 iogurtes naturais c/ granola e mel, 2 pedaços de frutas da estação - R$108,90 - serve duas pessoas!
Restaurant with breakfast and lunch options, great to go before a tour of the Botanical Garden. It's close to the entrance to the Garden, but before the roulette wheel!
We opted for the SPECIAL GARDEN COFFEE COMBO that comes with: 2 hot drinks, 2 natural juices, 1 basket of artisan breads, scrambled eggs with bacon, Minas cheese, turkey breast, 2 Petrópolis toast, jam, butter, 2 slice of house cake , 2 natural yogurts with granola and honey, 2 pieces of seasonal fruit - R$108.90 - serves two people!
