★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento da funcionaria Barbara. Falta simpatia, sobra arrogância. Loja aparentemente normal mas peca pela falta de clareza nas informações. Te cobra as autuações do seu carro mas não quer pagar as q existem no carro que vc compra com eles.
Agora o proprietário respondeu. Bem, impossível a funcionária explicar com o atendimento que ela da aos clientes.
Agora eu tenho q esperar virar multa pra vcs pagarem e vcs não esperam virar multa pra cobrar.?
E ainda o vendedor me procura perguntando que horas negou a pagar as multas? Rs... Que bom que pelo menos com a reclamação vcs responderam.
Terrible service from the Barbara employee. Lack of sympathy, more than arrogance. Apparently normal store but lacks clarity in the information. Charges you for the tax assessments on your car but you don't want to pay the ones that exist in the car you buy with them.
Now the owner has responded. Well, it's impossible for the employee to explain with the service she gives to customers.
Now I have to wait to become a fine for you to pay and you don't expect to become a fine to collect.?
And the seller still comes to me asking what time he refused to pay the fines? Lol... I'm glad that at least with the complaint you guys responded.
