★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou desde dezembro com problemas com a empresa Guaratiba Net , um atendimento muito ruim . Ficamos 12 dias sem internet , e foi constado pelo técnico em visita após 12 dias que a Guaratiba Net alterou a nossa senha e não nós avisou. Como trabalho em homeoffice foi impossível meu trabalho. E constantemente a velocidade contratada não chega em minha residência.
Estive na empresa, após ter entrado em contato por via WhatsApp que gostaria de receber um desonto na fatura pois não recebemos a velocidade contratada e não tive resposta como são prestadores de serviço devo pagar a fatura integral quando recebo o serviço velocidade contratada, quando fui pessoalmente na empresa no mês de dezembro conversei com o Gerente Sr. Bruno passei para ele todos os problemas e também pedi para que fizesse levantamento até a presente data não obtive resposta, no dia que fui na empresa ele alegou que para o mês de janeiro não teria como dar desconto pois a fatura já estava fechada e seria o desconto para Fevereiro. ATÉ HOJE NADA DO RETORNO. no aguardo de uma resposta.

I was at the company, after having contacted via WhatsApp that I would like to receive a discount on the invoice because we did not receive the contracted speed and I had no answer as they are service providers I must pay the full invoice when I receive the contracted speed service, when I went in person in the company in December I talked to the Manager Mr. Bruno told him all the problems and also asked him to do a survey until the present date, I didn't get a response, on the day I went to the company he claimed that for the month of January he wouldn't be able to give a discount because the invoice was already closed and it would be the discount for February. UNTIL TODAY NO RETURN. waiting for an answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não é de hoje que venho tendo problemas com a conexão e quando entramos em contato para reclamar somos enganados e quando não somos enganados, somos ignorados, nos fazem esperar p ser atendido e ficamos sem solução! Pedimos com educação pq precisamos da conexão, e quando somos ignorantes aí mesmo que não temos nenhuma resposta! Nem os superiores resolvem nosso problema! Hoje pela segunda vez o caminhão passou e derrubou feio o nosso fio, quase levando o poste do meu vizinho e caindo pela minha casa, porque colocaram mais uma vez o fio muito baixo. Tenho criança pequena e a sorte que não estavam no momento e mesmo no estado em que está aqui, não resolvem e não dão prioridade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Internet oscila o dia inteiro, além de ter uma média de 6 quedas por dia. Se você trabalha de casa e necessita de internet estavél, procure outro serviço, tenho utilizado 4g para realizar reuniões de trabalho.
A configuração do modem para o 5g tb não é lá grandes coisas.
O atendimo via whatsApp não funciona final de semana, e o suporte para uitlização da IPTV que vem no pacote deixa totalmente a desejar.
Enfim, mesmo você contratando uma internet de mais megas, que é o meu caso (250mg), eles não entregam a velocidade contratada.
Pensando seriamente em cancelar.
