Depois me informaram que poderiam instalar dentro de 3 dias ,O q por si só é um prazo longo, pedi pra agendar a instalacao. E informei por pura trasnparencia q caso encontrasse outro servico q instalasse antes eu entraria em contato pra cancelar o pedido. Afinal de contas é meu direito de consumidor. Então a mesma algumas horas depois me informou que o horario dentro de 3 dias n estava mais disponivel e que n trabalhavam com "pré agendamentos". Sinal de que n sabem gerir a empresa e muito menos os direitos do consumidor.
Extremely unprofessional .. I was told that they could only install the service within a week! Then they informed me that they could install it within 3 days, which in itself is a long term, I asked to schedule the installation. And I informed you by pure trasnparencia q if I found another service q to install before I would contact you to cancel the order. After all, it's my consumer right. Then the same a few hours later informed me that the schedule within 3 days was no longer available and that they did not work with "pre-schedules". A sign that they do not know how to manage the company, let alone consumer rights.
