★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente! Dr Rafael foi gentil desde o primeiro momento, chegamos na clínica em uma sexta às 22h, ele nós atendeu super bem, a equipe é preparada e na clínica tem todos os equipamentos necessários para exames. Super recomendo.
Great! Dr Rafael was kind from the first moment, we arrived at the clinic on a Friday at 10 pm, he served us very well, the team is prepared and the clinic has all the necessary equipment for exams. I highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz 3 exames em minha cachorrinha nesta clínica, o eletrocardiograma e a ultrassom saiu na hora porém o exame de sangue que era pra sair no mesmo dia no final da tarde não me enviaram até hoje!! Isso já faz 7 dias. Mando mensagem para clínica e eles dizem que irá me mandar e que teve um problema no sistema e não enviam!!!!!!
Falta de comprometimento e profissionalismo.
I did 3 exams on my dog at this clinic, the electrocardiogram and ultrasound came out on time, but the blood test that was supposed to come out on the same day at the end of the afternoon didn't send me until today!! That's been 7 days now. I send a message to the clinic and they say they will send it to me and that there was a problem in the system and they don't send it!!!!!!
Lack of commitment and professionalism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é ótimo não tenho o que reclamar atenderam bem meu gato com linfoma. Porém pra enviar um exame é uma novela, estou há vários dias esperando o resultado do exame de imunohistoquímica que é mais de R$ 600 e levaria 1 semana para ficar pronto como foi me informado, e até agora nada eu preciso dele para seguir com o tratamento de quimioterapia do meu gato com o oncologista. Eu estou cansada se cobrar!

Já tivemos bons atendimentos em outras Clínicas na região, mas na Help Vet, foi excelente!! Parabéns pelo atendimento de todos, e especialmente ao Dr. Rafael!! Dr Rafael, muito obrigado pelo carinho que dispensou a minha família, obrigado por cuidar do nosso gato Hércules que chegou ai com problemas respiratórios e saiu super bem tratado e curado, também a Dra que atendeu, e perdão por não me lembrar o nome, mas resumindo: Equipe fantástica!!

First, I need to thank and praise the work, very well done by the entire team at the Clinic, from the reception, to the Doctors and caregivers! We've had good care in other Clinics in the region, but at Help Vet, it was excellent!! Congratulations to everyone, and especially to Dr. Rafael!! Dr Rafael, thank you very much for the affection you showed my family, thank you for taking care of our cat Hercules who arrived there with respiratory problems and left super well treated and healed, also the Dr who attended, and sorry for not remembering the name, but In short: Fantastic team!!
