★ ★ ★ ★ ★ eu estive hoje a tarde na loja onde fui bem atendida, porém fui realizar uma troca de compras que havia feito na loja de Ipanema na quinta feira passada(16/09); na hora que comecei a escolher as peças a vendedora me disse que a parka que eu havia pago 299, estava em remarcação por 199; sendo assim ela não poderia descontar o valor que eu paguei e sim o valor remarcado onde eu perco em menos de uma semana 100 reais. Essa prática não só é absurda, como tb vai contra a lei de defesa do consumidor(art.20 cdc); nesse caso seria mais honesto das lojas HERING avisarem no ato da compra que a troca só é permitida na mesma loja.
I was at the store this afternoon where I was well attended, but I went to exchange purchases I had made at the Ipanema store last Thursday (16/09); when I started to choose the pieces, the salesperson told me that the parka I had paid for 299 was being rebooked for 199; so she couldn't discount the amount I paid, but the rescheduled amount where I lose 100 reais in less than a week. This practice is not only absurd, it also goes against the consumer protection law (art.20 cdc); in this case, it would be more honest for HERING stores to advise at the time of purchase that the exchange is only allowed in the same store.
