★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A marca infelizmente não cumpre a maravilha que promete. Comprei sapatos que machucaram muito os meus pés! Certamente por defeito de fabricação alguns modelos causam um total desconforto, com calos e feridas. Tenho amigos que também passaram por isso. Mandei um e-mail pro atendimento da Outer e tive uma resposta absurda da empresa, disseram que “não é um problema de fabricação, é o pé dos brasileiros que é complicado e tem medidas diferentes”. De onde eles tiraram essa informação????? Sem lógica nenhuma. Não assume o defeito e ainda coloca a culpa no cliente. Outer nunca mais.
 The brand unfortunately does not fulfill the wonder it promises. I bought shoes that hurt my feet a lot! Certainly due to manufacturing defects, some models cause total discomfort, with corns and sores. I have friends who have been through this too. I sent an e-mail to Outer's customer service and had an absurd response from the company, they said that "it's not a manufacturing problem, it's the Brazilian foot that is complicated and has different measures." Where did they get this information????? Without any logic. It does not assume the defect and still blames the customer. Outer never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ainda não conhecia essa loja, mas estive na do shopping Rio Sul e me apaixonei pelos sapatos. São todos lindos e confortáveis. O preço não é muito barato, mas pela qualidade vale a pena, pois são todos de couro macio e com solas super confortáveis. O vendedor que me atendeu também merece destaque, foi super atencioso, paciente e profissional. Esse sabe vender, não foi atoa que comprei três sapatos de uma vez. Ganhou uma nova cliente.
I didn't know this store yet, but I was at the Rio Sul mall and fell in love with the shoes. They are all beautiful and comfortable. The price is not very cheap, but the quality is worth it, because they are all soft leather and with super comfortable soles. The salesman who attended me also deserves attention, was super attentive, patient and professional. This one knows how to sell, it was no wonder I bought three shoes at once. Won a new customer.
