★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento eficiente do Sr. Pedro. A demora por conta da limitação da autonomia, tendo que se dirigir à gerência (de SP) torna a experiência cansativa. No mais, ocorreu tudo a contento.
 Efficient service from Mr. Pedro. The delay due to limited autonomy, having to go to the management (of SP) makes the experience tiring. Other than that, everything went smoothly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conto do vigário. Falamos ao telefone, e o atendente informou que reservaria uma TV pra nós. Desligamos, e saímos correndo até a loja. Ao chegar lá, não só não havia nada reservado, como nem tinha a tal TV no estoque. A seguir, tentamos comprar outras TVs (que inclusive estavam no mostruário). Em todas elas o mesmo vendedor inventava um "porém": "essa só tem em outra loja, na Pavuna", "essa outra, vocês vão ter que passar amanhã na loja de vila isabel pra pegar" etc. Claramente, ele não queria realizar a venda de produto algum, e apenas nos fez perder nosso tempo.
Vicar's account. We spoke on the phone, and the attendant said he would reserve a TV for us. We hung up, and ran out to the store. When he got there, not only was there nothing reserved, he didn't even have that TV in stock. Then we tried to buy other TVs (which were even on display). In all of them the same salesman invented a "however": "this one is only available in another store, in Pavuna", "this other one, you'll have to stop by the store in vila isabel tomorrow to pick it up" etc. Clearly, he didn't want to sell any product, and he just wasted our time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui muito bem atendida pelo vendedor, mas paguei por um serviço extra de instalação no mesmo dia da entrega da geladeira( tirar a porta para entrar no elevador) e nada dos instaladores! Geladeira continua no corredor do condominio e o Sac e a gerencia não resolveram nada! Administração do condominio solicitando paracretirar a geladeira da área comum e está sujeito a multa.
Não recomendo!
Pós venda nota ZERO!
I was very well taken care of by the seller, but I paid for an extra installation service on the same day as the refrigerator was delivered (remove the door to enter the elevator) and nothing from the installers! Refrigerator is still in the hallway of the condominium and the Sac and the management didn't solve anything! Condominium administration requesting to create the refrigerator in the common area and is subject to a fine.
I do not recommend!
