★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu amooo brownie e os da Brownieria são uns dos melhores. Tem vários sabores, um mais gostoso que o outro, o que eu provei foi o tradicional na marmita. Muito gostoso, crocante por fora e macio por dentro. Coloquei uns minutinhos no microondas e ficou simplesmente maravilhoso!
 I love brownie and Brownieria's are some of the best. It has several flavors, one tastier than the other, what I tasted was the traditional lunchbox. Very tasty, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. I put a few minutes in the microwave and it was just wonderful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decepção total! Fui super mal atendida. Me TIRARAM da mesa pq estava reservada, quando foi a minha vez, sentaram duas pessoas e o garçom não falou. Todos ao redor viram e o mesmo não voltou nem pra se desculpar. Absurdo! Saí de longe só para comer no local, esperei esperei para acontecer isso? Nunca mais! Decepcionada.
Agradeço pelo retorno da empresa e gostaria de ressaltar alguns pontos: a franquia entrou em contato comigo rapidamente e foi solidária à minha insatisfação. Não sei o que viu nas imagens da câmera, mas, quanto as pessoas serem idosas, não sei se deu para perceber, mas minha mãe idosa estava comigo, então não justifica. Mas, a maior chateação foi o fato do vendedor não ter voltado conosco, nem p se desculpar nem para dar uma satisfação. Eu e minha família que fomos até o balcão e pedir esclarecimentos.
Total disappointment! I was super poorly attended. They took me off the table because it was reserved, when it was my turn, two people sat down and the waiter didn't speak. Everyone around saw it and he didn't even come back to apologize. Absurd! I left from far away just to eat at the place, did I wait for this to happen? Never! Disappointed.
I am grateful for the company's feedback and I would like to emphasize a few points: the franchise contacted me quickly and was sympathetic to my dissatisfaction. I don't know what you saw in the camera footage, but as far as people are old, I don't know if you can tell, but my elderly mother was with me, so it doesn't justify it. But, the biggest annoyance was the fact that the seller did not come back with us, neither p to apologize nor to give a satisfaction. My family and I went up to the counter and asked for clarification.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falando só das sobremesas: a torta de limão ñ é excepcional, mas pelo menos ñ peca pelo excesso de açúcar, como é usual. Agora, a Red Velvet é realmente top. Ainda ñ tinha conseguido achar uma por aqui q fosse além da aparência bonita, mas essa surpreendeu. A pessoa a quem destinei o petit gateau tb informou q é muito bom. Fiquei satisfeita.
Speaking only of the desserts: the lemon pie ñ is exceptional, but at least ñ sins for the excess of sugar, as is usual. Now, Red Velvet is really top. I still ñ had managed to find one around here that went beyond the beautiful appearance, but this one surprised. The person to whom I assigned the petit gateau tb informed that he is very good. I was satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontem tinha q comprar uma torta diet. Ainda bem q " tropecei" no quiosque no Rio Sul. Fui super bem atendida pelo Francisco ( acho q o nome é esse) q logo se prontificou a ver no depósito se tinha alguma inteira.
Pra minha sorte, tinha. E de quebra ainda levei 2 pedaços de brownie c as devidas orientações. Por acaso estava c uma bolsa termica e a torta q estava congelada se " comportou" direitinho e foi apreciada pelo aniversariante no 2° tempo da festa. Sucesso absoluto. Daquele q o aniversariante leva o bolo pra casa.E realmente ê deliciosa e tinha q confirmar q era diet pras outras pessoas q não acreditavam. Imagina se eu iria querer o " mal" do aniversariante.?
Muito obrigada E agora já sei onde encontrar qdo quiser dar um docinho pro meu amigo formiga.
Yesterday I had to buy a diet pie. Glad I "stumbled" on the kiosk in Rio Sul. I was very well attended by Francisco (I think that's the name) who was soon ready to see if there was any in the warehouse.
Lucky for me, it did. And I also took 2 pieces of brownie with the proper guidelines. By chance there was a thermal bag and the pie that was frozen "behaved" right and was appreciated by the birthday boy in the 2nd half of the party. Absolute success. The one that the birthday boy takes the cake home. And it really is delicious and I had to confirm that it was a diet for other people who didn't believe it. Imagine if I would want the "evil" of the birthday boy.?
Thank you so much And now I know where to find it when I want to give my friend ant a sweetie.

Super tasty, quick service and in Rio Sul. I loved the truffle pie with coffee. Anyway, a super safe place and there's a lot of good stuff. It is worth it!!!
