o cliente, última sexta 12/06 fiz um pedido de
uma barca: chegaram todos bagunçados, melecados uns nos outros. Até hoje espero um posicionamento sobre isto. Mandei e-mail, liguei e WhatsApp.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Restaurante é imundo...hoje , entrei, sentei e fiz meu pedido.De pronto estavam os cozinheiros sem máscaras, depois entrou uma senhora que creio ser a proprietária pois se dirigiu a cozinha , que é improvisada, pegou umsushi com a mão, SEM LAVAR, pesou, botou novamente no prato a ser servido, disse algo ao cozinheiro, tipo mandando reduzir... enfim, claro que mandei cancelar meu pedido .
Restaurant is filthy...today, I went in, sat down and placed my order. Immediately there were the cooks without masks, then a lady came in who I believe to be the owner because she went to the kitchen, which is improvised, grabbed a sushi in her hand, WITHOUT WASH, weighed, put it back on the plate to be served, said something to the cook, like ordering it to reduce... anyway, of course I had my order cancelled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo. Éramos 5 pessoas, trouxeram só duas cumbuquinhas pra molhar o sushi. Pedi wasabi, levou quase 20 min pra trazerem... e isso pq me levantei, pedi pra pessoa do balcão pq a garçonete simplesmente nao trazia e ainda assim, levou mais uma vida pra chegar. Pedido veio separado... uma bagunça e muito demorado! Única coisa que chegou rápido foi a conta. Não voltarei e não indico.
Lousy service. We were 5 people, they brought only two bowls to wet the sushi. I ordered wasabi, it took almost 20 min to bring it ... and that because I got up, I asked the person at the counter because the waitress just didn't bring it and yet, it took another life to arrive. Order came separately ... a mess and very time consuming! The only thing that came quickly was the bill. I won't be back and I won't recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentável. Atendimento péssimo. Funcionários sem utilizar as máscaras. Garçonete completamente perdida e sem noção. Ficava de costas pra todas as mesas, sentada e assistindo televisão. Ignorando completamente o dever que deveria prestar de atender as pessoas. Precisei me levantar diversas vezes para solicitar hashi, molhos, guardanapos, na hora de pedir uma bebida, quase não consegui e na hora de ir embora do mesmo jeito. Nesse lugar se vale aquele ditado que "o barato sai caro".
Unfortunate. Terrible service. Employees not wearing masks. Waitress completely lost and clueless. I had my back to all the tables, sitting and watching television. Completely ignoring the duty I should have to serve people. I had to get up several times to order chopsticks, sauces, napkins, when I ordered a drink, I almost couldn't and when I left anyway. In this place, the saying that "cheap is expensive" is valid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tinha ido uma vez e não tive queixas, fui bem atendido, porém há duas semanas parei o carro nas vagas da galeria a tarde, estava até fechando quando depois chegou uma pessoa, não sei se dona ou gerente extremamente grosseira, sem a menor educação exigindo que o veículo fosse retirado. Fui retirar sem problemas e ainda ouvi mais grosserias dessa pessoa. Disse a ela que era cliente do sushi e que até aquele momento não tinha queixas, mas não sabia que ela tinha feito um curso de como perder clientes e passou por média. Mais nunca
