★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência no hospital foi excelente. Operei com o Dr. Guilherme Honda especialista em pé e tornozelo, excelente profissional por sinal.
O quarto foi extremamente aconchegante tanto pra mim quanto para meu acompanhante. Aparelhos tecnológicos. higiene impecável e muita cordialidade por parte da enfermagem.
Esqueci um objeto pessoal no quarto após a alta e só me dei conta no dia seguinte. Liguei no hospital relatando a situação e haviam guardado em um saquinho etiquetado com meus dados de internação, bastava passar e retirar. Portanto, nota 10 para a equipe de hotelaria também.
 My hospital experience was excellent. I operated with Dr. Guilherme Honda specialist in foot and ankle, excellent professional by the way.
The room was extremely cozy for both me and my companion. Technological devices. impeccable hygiene and a lot of cordiality on the part of the nursing staff.
I forgot a personal object in the room after discharge and didn't realize it until the next day. I called the hospital reporting the situation and they had kept it in a bag labeled with my hospitalization data, I just had to go and remove it. So, a 10 for the hotel staff as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O médico ortopedista da minha filha achou por bem realizar a cirurgia na AACD, eu a princípio achei maravilhoso pq sempre ouvir dizer que esse hospital era referência, a cirurgia foi no sábado dia 08/01, mas algumas coisas que observei me fez repensar sobre os profissionais da enfermagem, não são todos pq tem vários maravilhosos que fazem por amor e pq precisa tb, mas outros apenas por dinheiro, em um dia minha filha não havia dormido a noite toda a enfermeira entrou no quarto e disse se eu queria dar a medicação eu olhei p ela e disse , eu não sei pq ela esta dormindo, ela não voltou o pico da dor voltou com tudo, pois ela fez uma cirurgia de Escoliose, enfim a enfermeira ficou uns 20 min tentando acionar a máquina da Morfina e não conseguia, chamou outro que veio e ligou, mas como se não bastace, minha filha ainda com dor,ela saiu do quarto dizendo que tinha ido a bomba da Morfina e que tb ela estava no soro, mas a dor não passava de forma alguma, eu comecei a seguir o cano até o acesso do braço vi q o acesso estava fechado, nunca o remédio ia chegar jamais revoltante, fizeram eu assinar um papel onde eu tinha que me responsabilizar por não ter dado o remédio da 13 hrs, NÃO SOU MEDICA E NEM ENFERMEIRA SE O REMEDIO ERA P SER ADMINISTRADO ELA TINHA Q TER FEITO,mas passei todo caso para coordenação do hospital onde me falaram que a mesma ia passar por reciclagem coisa que não acredito, eu acho um ERRO GRAVE DEMAIS, pois se a pessoa está morrendo vai morrer pq o remédio não ia chegar no acesso, mas no demais tudo bem esperando p ter alta e cuidar da minha filha em casa
My daughter's orthopedic doctor thought it was good to perform the surgery at the AACD, at first I thought it was wonderful because I always heard that this hospital was a reference, the surgery was on Saturday 01/08, but some things I observed made me rethink about the nursing professionals, not all of them because there are many wonderful ones who do it for love and because they also need it, but others just for money, one day my daughter hadn't slept all night the nurse came into the room and said if I wanted to give the medication I looked at her and said, I don't know why she's sleeping, she didn't come back the peak of pain came back with everything, because she had a scoliosis surgery, anyway the nurse spent about 20 minutes trying to start the morphine machine and couldn't , called another who came and called, but as if that wasn't enough, my daughter still in pain, she left the room saying that the Morphine pump had gone and that she was also on the IV, but the pain did not go away at all, I I started following the pipe to the a I saw that the access was closed, the medicine would never arrive, never revolting, they made me sign a paper where I had to take responsibility for not having given the medicine at 1 pm, I AM NOT A DOCTOR OR NURSE IF THE MEDICATION WAS TO BE SHE HAD TO HAVE DONE IT, but I passed the whole case on to the hospital's coordination, where they told me that it would undergo recycling, which I don't believe, I think it's a VERY SERIOUS MISTAKE, because if the person is dying, they will die because the medicine wouldn't go arrive at the access, but otherwise it's ok waiting to be discharged and take care of my daughter at home

Fui até a oficina ortopédica com meu filho, fui atendida por uma moça o qual não consegui ver o nome no crachá dela, com cabelo loiro mechas pra ser específica.
Ela estava no guichê onde estava escrito " atendimento não agendandos.
Entrei na frente do balcão a espera dela me atender estava conversando com um homem aguardei, atrás de mim veio um casal e ficou aguardando, mais com a demora para atender pediram licença e tiraram a dúvida com ela na minha frente, sendo que estava esperando por isso tbm.
Sem problemas quanto a isso, porém quando pedir licença para tirar minha dúvida, ela pediu para esperar pois estava ocupada.
Me diz uma coisa porque o casal atrás de mim pode tirar sua vida sendo que eu estava li esperando tbm, já que ela atendeu eles pq não podia tirar minha dúvida que foi coisa de 2 minutos.
Pedi para fazer orçamento de uma órtese.
Fui muito mal atendida, má vontade de atender, não tinha nenhuma reclamação na AACD até momento mais essa moça deixou a desejar seu atendimento.
Espero que isso seja passado a fiscal desse setor!

I went to the orthopedic workshop with my son, I was attended by a girl whose name I couldn't see on her name tag, with blonde hair streaks to be specific.
She was at the window where it was written " service not scheduled.
I went in front of the counter waiting for her to answer me I was talking to a man I waited, a couple came behind me and was waiting, but with the delay to answer they asked permission and answered the question with her in front of me, and I was waiting for that too.
No problem with that, but when asking permission to ask my question, she asked to wait because she was busy.
Tell me something because the couple behind me can take your life and I was waiting too, since she answered them because I couldn't take my doubt that it took 2 minutes.
I asked for a quote for an orthosis.
I was very poorly attended, unwilling to attend, I had no complaints at the AACD so far, but this girl left something to be desired.
I hope this is passed to the inspector of this sector!
