Se ofereceram para pintar apenas esse pedaco da mala, o que não resolve pois o material era semi rigido e foi marretado. E nem se desculparam se nao tivesse visto, nao teriam falado nada!
I took a suitcase to twist two wheels and they scratched the wheel that was good and part of the underside / frame of the suitcase and I still had to pay 60.00. They offered to paint just that part of the suitcase, which doesn't solve the problem as the material was semi-rigid and had been hammered. And they didn't even apologize if they hadn't seen it, they wouldn't have said anything!
