FALTA DE RESPEITO com os pacientes, deixando os pacientes com fome de 13h da tarde ate as 23h da noite, não oferecendo um pão para comer.
Em destaque o medico mal educado "Rodrigo Sander Bretas que com o hospital vazio não prestava atendimento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive no odilon a pouco tempo atras acompanhando um irmao que estava sem locomocao por causa de um problema na coluna embora eu saiba que enfermeiro nao tem obrigacao nenhuma de ficar carregando paciente pro banheiro para tomar banho . Mas como eu tambem ja estou com a idade um pouco eles deviam ter olhado e visto que eu nao tinha condicoes de fazer isso , deveriam ter colocado frauda nele e dado banho no leito , carreguei ele sosinho e dei banho durante todo o dia. Isso é a nossa realidade no brasil. Nao tenho nada a agradecer.
I was at the odilon a short time ago accompanying a brother who was unable to move because of a problem with his spine, although I know that nurses have no obligation to carry patients to the bathroom to take a shower. But as I'm also a little old, they should have looked and since I wasn't able to do that, they should have put a diaper on him and bathed him in bed, I carried him alone and bathed him throughout the day. This is our reality in Brazil. I have nothing to be thankful for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha filha teve pneumonia e graças a atenção e profissionalismo 0 de alguns enfermeiros eles fizeram que tivesse pnemotorax além de sempre colocaram alguma criança com COVID-19 junto a minha filha.
My daughter had pneumonia and thanks to the attention and professionalism of some nurses they made sure she had pneumothorax in addition to always putting a child with COVID-19 next to my daughter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em questão de rapidez não vou julgar, pq são muitas pessoas precisando de consulta, mas vi em casos de emergência e ate vi pessoa desmaiar pq estava com muita dor. Deviam ser mais humanos com os enfermos. Mas os próprios pacientes e familias que esperavam se tornar amigos e um tentando ajudar o outro com que pode. Pelas médicas e enfermeiros fui muito bem atendido. Resolveram a dor da cólica renal em partes, porém tenho que saber esta acontecendo. O atendimento dos medicos nota 10 da UPA. Funcionários nota 8... deixou a desejar um pouco. Por isso citei pontos negativos e positivos. A estrutura do hospital mas nao sao todos os funcionários deixar a desejar um pouco.

They should be more human with the sick. But the very patients and families who were hoping to become friends are trying to help each other in whatever way they can. I was treated very well by the doctors and nurses. They resolved the pain of renal colic in parts, but I have to know this is happening. The care of doctors note 10 from the UPA. Staff note 8... left a little to be desired. That's why I mentioned negative and positive points. The structure of the hospital but not all the employees leave something to be desired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para mim o hospital Odilon era um hospital de referência mais agora estamos decepcionados com o hospital, meu pai fez uma cirurgia de AMPUTAÇÃO de um dedo no hospital em janeiro de 2022 ele é diabético, hipertenso teve um infarto, e está fazendo hemodiálise, deram alta para ele sem passar nenhum remédio para diabetes, o pé dele piorou de janeiro para cá, na terça-feira dia 12/04/22 levei ele na triagem do hospital Odilon a glicose dele estava 297, e a pressão a 20, o dr Davi da Vascular atendeu ele muito atencioso onde pediu a internação, deixaram meu pai no quarto de observação por 2 dias, ontem dia 14/04/22 sem acompanhante no quarto a médica DÉBORA GANDRA ALVARENGA deu alta para ele por não ter aceitado o procedimento quando o acompanhante chegou por volta de 10:00 da manhã a médica nem conversou com a filha e falou que ele estava de alta, sabendo que a glicose dele estava alta não fez nenhum tipo de exame de sangue e novamente não passaram nenhum tipo de remédio para glicose! Meu pai é idoso tem 70 Anos! Descaso total falta de profissionalismo e respeito com a família!!! Muito triste a saúde pública!
For me, the Odilon hospital was a reference hospital but now we are disappointed with the hospital, my father had a finger AMPUTATION surgery at the hospital in January 2022 he is diabetic, hypertensive had a heart attack, and is undergoing hemodialysis, they were discharged for him without giving him any medicine for diabetes, his foot got worse from January to now, on Tuesday 04/12/22 I took him to the Odilon hospital screening, his glucose was 297, and his blood pressure was 20, Dr Davi from Vascular attended to him very attentively where he asked for hospitalization, they left my father in the observation room for 2 days, yesterday 04/14/22 without a companion in the room, the doctor DÉBORA GANDRA ALVARENGA released him for not having accepted the procedure when the companion arrived around 10:00 in the morning, the doctor did not even talk to the daughter and said that he was discharged, knowing that his glucose was high, he did not do any type of blood test and again they did not give any type of medication for glucose ! My father is 70 years old! Total lack of professionalism and respect for the family!!! Very sad public health!
