Com relação ao atendimento, não tenho que reclamar. Técnicas de enfermagem bem atenciosas.
Meu filho é recém nascido e fomos atendidos pelo Dr. Marcelo Fabian tanto no pronto Socorro como no hospital. Super recomendo, médico atencioso e fala com propriedade do assunto.
We need to improve the structure, the place is very small.
Regarding the service, I don't have to complain. Very attentive nursing techniques.
My son is newborn and we were attended by Dr. Marcelo Fabian both in the emergency room and in the hospital. I highly recommend, attentive doctor and speaks appropriately about the subject.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dois anos que só passo la com as minhas filhas sem duvidas um dos melhores hospitais de SP , a estrutura realmente precisa ser melhorada, mas não ofusca o atendimento que elas recebem e a qualidade dos diagnósticos medico!
I only spend two years there with my daughters, without a doubt one of the best hospitals in SP, the structure really needs to be improved, but it doesn't overshadow the care they receive and the quality of medical diagnoses!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O local precisa ser ampliado, as enfermeiras, técnicas de enfermagem, recepcionistas e os seguranças poderiam ser mais receptivos, mais humanos e menos antipáticos. Estivemos no local ontem e meu marido foi obrigado a sair do lado de nossa filha, pois não era permitido 2 acompanhantes. Além das enfermeiras e técnicas não serem nenhum pouco simpáticas com as mães e pior ainda com as crianças. Não tem nenhum conforto para as crianças que estão doentes, muito menos pros acompanhantes. O ar-condicionado estava pingando água. A sala de espera é desconfortável e pequena. Precisa melhorar bastante.
A médica que nos atendeu foi excelente. Curta e grossa, mas séria e objetiva. Entendeu o quadro da minha filha e mostrou que fez medicina por amor a profissão.
The location needs to be expanded, nurses, nursing technicians, receptionists and security guards could be more receptive, more human and less obnoxious. We were at the place yesterday and my husband was forced to leave our daughter's side, as 2 companions were not allowed. In addition to the nurses and technicians being not at all sympathetic to mothers and even worse to children. It has no comfort for children who are sick, much less for companions. The air conditioner was dripping with water. The waiting room is uncomfortable and small. It needs to improve a lot.
The doctor who attended us was excellent. Short and thick, but serious and objective. He understood my daughter's picture and showed that he did medicine for the love of the profession.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não gostaria de estar aqui relatando isso mas não é a primeira vez que acontece, me faz pensar quando preciso passar pelo P.S. do Nipo-Brasileiro por não saber como será o atendimento como eu disse, não foi a primeira vez mas vamos falar da última que ocorreu hoje 26/11/21 por volta das 9hs mais ou menos...fui para passar com um ortopedista pois estava com fortes dores nas duas pernas sem saber o motivo aparente e para obter uma avaliação do que fazer e qual medicação tomar para combate inicial, o problema que quero deixar aqui registrado é o da mais pura falta de receptividade pelo médico que realizou o atendimento, parecia que estava com mais problemas que eu....com uma cara que mal estava começando o dia e parecia que já estava revoltado com o mundo sem nenhuma cordialidade...seco...e além de tudo pensei que havia me passado uma injeção para aliviar as dores pois depois de me entregar o receituário pediu para ir até o ambulatório para mais orientações...quando cheguei lá mostrei o receituário para a atendente e fui informado que não havia nenhum pedido de injeção então pensei, vou até o médico informar que faltou o pedido para aplicação da injeção e quando comuniquei a ele pasmem, ele simplesmente me disse que não passou uma injeção pq eu disse que não estava com dor...se eu não estava com dor pq então perderia meu tempo indo até o P.S.?..pode uma coisa dessa?... revoltado eu nem disse mais nada peguei a receita e fui embora muito chateado pela forma e atenção dedicada no atendimento...precisam dizer a esses médicos que sejam.mais cordiais com os pacientes pq ninguém vai a um hospital ou um P.S. para passear...fica aqui o meu descontentamento com esse atendimento.
I would not like to be here reporting this but this is not the first time it has happened, it makes me think when I need to go through the Nipo-Brasileiro PS because I do not know how the service will be like I said, it was not the first time but let's talk about the last one. it happened today 11/26/21 around 9:00 am or so...I went to see an orthopedist because I had severe pain in both legs without knowing the apparent reason and to get an assessment of what to do and what medication to take to combat Initially, the problem I want to record here is the sheer lack of receptiveness by the doctor who provided the service, it seemed that he was having more problems than I... with a face that was just starting the day and it looked like it was already disgusted with the world without any kindness...dry...and above all I thought that he had given me an injection to relieve the pain because after handing me the prescription he asked to go to the clinic for more guidance...when I arrived there I showed the or I received the order for the attendant and I was informed that there was no request for an injection so I thought, I will go to the doctor to inform that the request for the injection was missing and when I told him, amazingly, he simply told me that he did not give an injection because I said that I wasn't in pain...if I wasn't in pain then why would I waste my time going to the ER?...can something like that?... disgusted I didn't say anything else I took the recipe and left very upset by the way and Dedicated attention in the service...they need to tell these doctors to be more cordial with the patients because no one goes to a hospital or an ER for a walk...I am unhappy with this service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passei com minha bebê de 10 meses dia 02/03/22. Peguei senha às 10:22h. Demorou 2h para fazer ficha e mais 1:30h para passar em atendido. A sala de espera interna é pequena e a externa, com teto de vidro, num baita sol e calor!
Crianças com problemas respiratório ou não, todas misturadas!
Quem fazia " barraco", era atendido primeiro!
Um caos! Totalmente sem estrutura e organização!!!!
I spent it with my 10 month old baby on 03/02/22. Got password at 10:22 am. It took 2h to make a form and another 1:30h to get serviced. The internal waiting room is small and the external one, with a glass ceiling, in a great sun and heat!
Children with respiratory problems or not, all mixed up!
Whoever made a "shack", was attended first!
Chaos! Totally without structure and organization!!!!
