★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Resumo: O pronto atendimento de emergência na madrugada não demorou.
Fui na madrugada de sábado dia 02/04 com faringite aguda e não demorei quase nada para ser atendido e medicado (pode ser que tenha dado sorte do hospital estar vazio, mas foi bem rápido mesmo).
O médico não me examinou muito bem, mas até aí não é muito diferente de qualquer outro atendimento "padrão convênio".
Porém, me receitou 03 injeções para tratamento dos sintomas que foram aplicadas em uns 5min e logo fizeram efeito e me deram um pouco de alívio.
Recepção e enfermaria também muito bem educados e cordiais. Enfermeiro fez várias brincadeiras para amenizar o fato de eu estar tomando Benzetacil (uma das mais doloridas), o que foi bem humano da parte dele.
Resumindo, como esperei muito pouco para ser atendido, fui medicado e isto também não demorou, para um Pronto Atendimento de convênio foi "tudo ok" eu diria.

The doctor didn't examine me very well, but so far it's not very different from any other "standard health insurance" service.
However, he prescribed 03 injections to treat the symptoms that were applied in about 5 minutes and soon took effect and gave me a little relief.
Reception and infirmary are also very polite and friendly. Nurse made several jokes to ease the fact that I was taking Benzetacil (one of the most painful), which was very human of him.
In short, as I waited very little to be seen, I was medicated and that didn't take too long, for an emergency care agreement it was "everything ok" I would say.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Às 23h50, do dia 12 de janeiro de 2022, cheguei ao hospital, retirei minha senha às 23h59 e fiquei aguardando para fazer a ficha ate às 2h40, achei estranho que faltando um número para me chamarem os números começaram todos novamente, me direcionei ao guichê e os atendentes maravilhosos e educadissimos me informaram que após às 00h às senhas se "reiniciam" e com isso, eu teria que passar novamente pela triagem, pegar uma nova senha e aguardar. Se não bastasse o tempo perdido; a demora para o atendimento foi ABSURDA! Passei com o medico praticamente às 6h. Não tenho do que reclamar sobre os atendentes, desde a recepção até os médicos e enfermeiros, mas a desorganização e desrespeito da gestão do hospital é ENORME. Se eu precisar numa próxima ( espero não), vou em qualquer outro lugar, mas não volto.
SE ESTIVEREM PRECISANDO DE PRONTO ATENDIMENTO, CORRAM DO SANTA MARIA.
At 11:50 pm, on January 12, 2022, I arrived at the hospital, removed my password at 11:59 pm and waited to register until 2:40 am, I found it strange that missing a number to call me, the numbers all started again, I went to the counter and the wonderful and polite attendants informed me that after 00:00 the passwords "reset" and with that, I would have to go through the screening again, get a new password and wait. If the wasted time wasn't enough; The delay for service was ABSURD! I went to the doctor at about 6 am. I have nothing to complain about the attendants, from the reception to the doctors and nurses, but the disorganization and disrespect of the hospital management is HUGE. If I need it next time (I hope not), I'll go somewhere else, but I won't come back.
IF YOU NEED PROMPT SERVICE, RUN FROM SANTA MARIA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como pode o atendimento da saúde ser tão ruim, mesmo pago o hospital santa maria tem um atendimento extremamente demorado, não importa se na triagem o paciente está com dor ou com febre, vai esperar e muito. Sem contar as vezes que o médico demora para chamar o paciente ai você olha na sala, ele está no celular afff. Já passei na parte respiratória que o atendimento deveria ser eficiente e menos demorado já que são pacientes com grande chance de estar com covid, más não é isso que acontece a demora é enorme aumentando as chances de quem não estiver contaminado se contaminar. Será que algum dia isso vai mudar? Tenho minhas dúvidas.
How can health care be so bad, even if paid, hospital santa maria has an extremely long service, it doesn't matter if the patient is in pain or fever at triage, there will be a long wait. Not to mention the times it takes the doctor to call the patient, then you look in the room, he's on his cell phone afff. I've already passed the respiratory part that the service should be efficient and less time consuming since they are patients with a high chance of being with covid, but that's not what happens, the delay is huge increasing the chances of those who are not contaminated to contaminate themselves. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lixo. Chegamos 21:00. Agora exatamente 01:30 da Manhã uma enfermeira disse que a médica vai atender um paciente que passou mal. Será que o hospital todo só tem um médico? Esta pior que público. Fora que não deve ter responsável nisso. Só pelas avaliações do Google já dá pra ver. Esse hospital deve ser administrado por um irresponsável!
Garbage. We arrived at 21:00. Now at exactly 01:30 in the morning a nurse said that the doctor is going to see a patient who felt sick. Does the whole hospital have only one doctor? It's worse than public. Other than that you shouldn't be responsible for that. Just by the Google ratings you can see. This hospital must be run by an irresponsible person!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não entendo como um hospital particular faça o que está sendo feito aqui. Cheguei dia 25 de janeiro de 2022 as 09h50 com sintomas de covid, me deram uma senha pra aguardar numa área com um monte de gente num espaço pequeno, também com sintomas, mas até então, para fazer triagem, depois a ficha e todos ali juntos, uma desorganização horrenda. Duas médicas para atender, num rítmo muito lento, chama um paciente, e depois do atendimento, leva mais ou menos 10 minutos para atender o próximo. Isso quando as médicas num saiam a cada paciente da sala para fazer algo e levavam mais uma vida para retornar. Todos ali classificados com pulseira verde, muitos com aspéctos debilitados, mais os preferenciais que tem seus direitos, porém não é certo passar todos na frente dos outros por uma classificação que não sei qual a finalidade real em relação ao atendimento, pois ainda assim, a demora é absurda. Enfim, fui atendida as 16h45 da tarde, na espectativa de já ser encaminhada para o teste, mas NÃO, a médica apenas me aplicou um medicamento, e uma receita pra casa, com um atestado, para que com 3 dias após eu retorne, passe por tudo novamente, para aí sim, fazer o teste. Teste este, que no primeiro dia dos sintomas já consta um resultado diagnóstico para que o paciente saiba o que realmente tem. Mas é mais fácil dificultar a vida dos pacientes, fazendo-o ter contato com várias outras pessoas saindo de casa pra ficar nessa logística ridícula de HOSPITAL PARTICULAR E QUE PRESTA SERVIÇOS PARA UM CONVÊNIO PIOR AINDA!!
I don't understand how a private hospital does what is being done here. I arrived on January 25, 2022 at 9:50 am with symptoms of covid, they gave me a password to wait in an area with a lot of people in a small space, also with symptoms, but until then, to do sorting, then the form and everyone there together , a horrendous disorganization. Two doctors to attend, at a very slow pace, call a patient, and after the service, it takes about 10 minutes to see the next one. That's when the doctors didn't leave every patient in the room to do something and it took another life to return. All there classified with a green bracelet, many with weakened aspects, plus the preferential ones that have their rights, but it is not right to pass everyone in front of the others for a classification that I don't know the real purpose in relation to the service, because even so, the delay is absurd. Anyway, I was seen at 16:45 in the afternoon, expecting to be sent for the test, but NO, the doctor just gave me a medication, and a prescription for home, with a certificate, so that 3 days after I return, I can pass for everything again, so yes, take the test. This test, which on the first day of symptoms already contains a diagnostic result so that the patient knows what he really has. But it's easier to make life difficult for patients, making them have contact with several other people leaving home to stay in this ridiculous logistics of a PRIVATE HOSPITAL AND THAT PROVIDES SERVICES FOR AN EVEN WORSE AGREEMENT!!

Estou aqui a 3 horas esperando e ainda tem 20 pessoas na frente a triagem está 116 e atendido pelo médico 53 não é possível, mas só tem um médico atendendo, nisso só chega mais gente, aglomeração por pessoas com gripes, não tem nenhum tipo de divisão que está com sintomas de covid de gripe, todos juntos sentado um ao lado do outro,
Com esse surto de gripe o hospital poderia se estruturar melhor, melhorar o andamento do trabalho

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui no hospital na madrugada umas 2hrs da manhã (sai às 3hrs) e foi tudo muito rápido, o hospital estava vazio.. ótimo atendimento na recepção e com o médico.
Para quem não quer esperar muito o ideal é ir na madrugada, sempre tranquilo ?
Obs: pacientes com qualquer sintoma de gripe/ covid é tratada em outro local, acompanhantes não são permitidos, só em último caso.. mas tem uma padaria do lado do hospital que dá para o acompanhante esperar tranquilamente

Note: patients with any flu/covid symptoms are treated elsewhere, companions are not allowed, only as a last resort.. but there is a bakery next to the hospital that allows the companion to wait quietly
