★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheguei com meu porquinho com um pequeno nódulo, foi feito uma cirurgia, indicados alguns remédios e o resultado foi um inchaço enorme, uma biopsia que demorou mais de uma semana, sendo que se tivessem pedido apenas um simples exame de sangue ele ainda poderia estar vivo hoje, é triste ver como o dinheiro vale mais que uma vida.

Todas nos atenderam prontamente, desde a recepção foram muito simpáticos, com muita atenção e dedicação. Funcionam 24h e demonstram muito interesse e zelo pelo animal. O atendimento não demorou e foi excelente. Recomendo!
I loved the structure, the care of all the professionals, the attention of the veterinary doctor and the assistant who was with her. Everyone attended to us promptly, from the reception they were very friendly, with great attention and dedication. They are open 24 hours and show a lot of interest and care for the animal. The service didn't take long and was excellent. I recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei minha ave para consulta (180,00) e foi identificado em fungo. Apos exames (mais 30,00) fizemos o tratamento sugerido e para ter certeza de que o tratamento foi eficaz, solicitei para que pudessem ver o pet novamente e certificar de que o fundo foi eliminado.
Isto porque ao que parece o tratamento indicado não funcionou!!!
Negaram esse retorno alegando que se passaram 30 dias e que a “diretoria” não permitiria esse retorno sem comprar novamente pela consulta!!
