 Uti Vet I believe in my concept one of the best veterinary clinics in Ribeirão Preto. The only bad part is everything very expensive...or rather my money is not enough.

Local limpo e organizado, atendimento excelente desde a recepção até o termino da consulta.
A atendente me deu todo suporte por telefone para conseguir um meio de levar meu cachorro pois não tenho carro, isso horas antes de eu conseguir ir.

Consulta superficial, profissional desinteressado, ou seja, só se for de madrugada e sem saber pra onde ir, que foi o meu caso, do contrário fuja desse lugar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nesta clínica, destacam-se alguns profissionais, como recepcionista, alguns auxiliares e alguns veterinários, como a Dra. Carol, especialista em gatos, que prestam um serviço de excelência. Porém, nem todos os que lá trabalham têm essa qualidade. Há maus profissionais. que insistem em empurrar exames e tratamentos desnecessários. Num plantão, caí nas mãos de uma veterinária inexperiente e de um estagiário, que machucou meu gato e não foi capaz sequer de dar uma injeção (ele trespassou a agulha pelo couro dobrado do animal e esguichou o líquido na mesa!!!). Lugar de fácil acesso, com estacionamento. Atendimento 24h. A clínica é muito bem equipada e tem excelentes instalações.
In this clinic, some professionals stand out, such as receptionist, some assistants and some veterinarians, such as Dr. Carol, specialist in cats, who provide an excellent service. However, not everyone who works there has this quality. There are bad professionals. who insist on pushing unnecessary tests and treatments. On duty, I fell into the hands of an inexperienced veterinarian and an intern, who hurt my cat and was not even able to give an injection (he pierced the needle through the folded leather of the animal and squirted the liquid on the table !!!). Easy access place, with parking. 24h service. The clinic is very well equipped and has excellent facilities.
