★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui muito bem atendida, meu gato fugiu e voltou com a pata quebrada, e nas radiografias descobriram que ele tinha que operar a pata, a cirurgia foi impecável, feita pelo ortopedista, gastei em torno de 4 mil e pouco, mas eles só parcelam em até 3x no cartão sem juros, mais que 3x tem muito juros, pra quem tem condições de pagar, é uma das melhores clínicas veterinária, só precisam parar de elogiar tanto, e ser extremamente simpáticas, porque estava parecendo um pouco forçado, e ligar pra nos informar sobre nosso Pet, porque liguei 4x em um período de 6 hrs, e não tinha ninguém pra me informar como meu gato estava durante e após a cirurgia, o cirurgião demorou demais pra me avisar que ele estava bem, eu já estava desesperada sem notícias

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo... deram diagnóstico errado para meu cachorro, disseram que era perfuração de diafragma, cobraram um valor alto do raio X, de 259,00 reais disseram que era por conta do horário, cobraram um valor alto pela cirurgia, mas no dia seguinte não levamos lá, fomos em outra clínica, fizemos a cirurgia com outro médico veterinário, pagamos, fizeram a sedação e quando abriram a barriga do meu cachorro viram que não tinha nenhuma perfuração de diafragma, fomos lá e falaram que eles não podem fazer nada, por que os médicos veterinário que diagnóstico são terceirizados, isso é um absurdo, além de gastarmos o dinheiro com uma cirurgia que não precisava, o meu cachorro está aqui em casa com pontos na barriga e tomando um monte de remédios.
Terrible... they gave my dog the wrong diagnosis, they said it was a perforation of the diaphragm, they charged a high price for the X-ray, of 259.00 reais they said it was because of the time, they charged a high price for the surgery, but the next day we didn't take it there, we went to another clinic, we had the surgery with another veterinarian, we paid, they did the sedation and when they opened my dog's belly they saw that there was no diaphragm perforation, we went there and they said they can't do anything, because the veterinarians who diagnose are outsourced, this is absurd, in addition to spending the money on a surgery that was not needed, my dog is here at home with stitches in his belly and taking a lot of medicine.

Penso que o valor cobrado é condizente com a qualidade do serviço, cada um coloca o preço que entende justo pelo serviço que presta. Avaliem a qualificação e especialização dos profissionais, tempo de experiência clínica, higiene e organização do ambiente e, pra mim, tudo isso sempre foi de alta qualidade na Vet Clinic.
Dr. Juliana has treated my dog since he was little, the entire team at the clinic is extremely competent, responsible and able, I have never had any problems in eight years. I think that the amount charged is consistent with the quality of the service, each one sets the price they understand fair for the service they provide. Evaluate the qualification and specialization of professionals, time of clinical experience, hygiene and organization of the environment and, for me, all this has always been of high quality at Vet Clinic.
