★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento da recepção péssimo. A veterinária Natalia foi ótima, tratou e cuidou da minha gatinha super bem. Mas a nota em si dou totalmente para a recepção, pois tive uma dor de cabeça tremenda com o pagamento, a recepcionista não me avisou que o pagamento era feito após a consulta, no caixa. Quando saí do atendimento não havia mais ninguém no caixa, que estava fechado, nem em lugar nenhum, só haviam os porteiros, portanto pensei que o pagamento seria feito no retorno, quando estou chegando em casa (moro longe do local), que a recepcionista se manifesta e começa a me ligar sem parar e mandar mensagens me intimando para fazer uma transferência com o pagamento senão não me daria os resultados do exame que ainda não saíram, como se eu não tivesse pagado de propósito e não por falta de orientação. Enfim, total desorganização e constrangimento.
Bad reception service. The veterinarian Natalia was great, she treated and took care of my kitten very well. But the bill itself I give totally to the reception, as I had a tremendous headache with the payment, the receptionist did not tell me that the payment was made after the consultation, at the cashier. When I left the service, there was no one else at the cashier, which was closed, or anywhere else, there were only the doormen, so I thought that the payment would be made on my return, when I'm getting home (I live far from the place), that the receptionist manifests itself and starts calling me non-stop and sending messages summoning me to make a transfer with the payment, otherwise it wouldn't give me the exam results that haven't come out yet, as if I hadn't paid on purpose and not for lack of guidance. In short, total disorganization and embarrassment.
