★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O café da manhã deixa muito a desejar no quesito variedade. O fato dos hóspedes não se servirem (eles não aderiram às luvas descartáveis para os hóspedes) é muito intimidador, tem uma pessoa servindo e vc precisa escolher o que quer e a pessoa vai colocando no seu prato. Chato isso!!!
 The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired in terms of variety. The fact that guests don't help themselves (they didn't adhere to disposable gloves for guests) is very intimidating, there's a person serving and you have to choose what you want and the person puts it on your plate. Boring it!!!

A cama auxiliar muito dura, pedimos para substituir e não demonstraram empatia na situação. Funcionários inflexíveis e com regras ao pé da letra. O hotel precisa se modernizar, TV, Internet, banheiros...
For the price they charge, they could offer better facilities. We talked about the shower resistance that was burned and no one provided. The auxiliary bed was very hard, we asked to replace it and they showed no empathy in the situation. Staff inflexible and with rules to the letter. The hotel needs to be modernized, TV, Internet, bathrooms...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rapaz, que noites terríveis, quente pra caramba quartos pequenos, colchões velhos e camas quebradas. Piscina imunda e velha, a única coisa boa é a atenção dos funcionários. Mas eles só começam a limpar depois das 10hs as áreas comuns. Poderia ter are a de lazer e a piscina deveria ser reformada. Nunca, em hipótese nenhuma pegue um quarto com ventilador, vai morrer de calor. A ilha de Itaparica é bonita mais sem estrutura nenhuma para receber. Venha com amigos e alugue uma casa com piscina e talvez seja menos ruim. Péssimos restaurantes, e pizzaria nem se fala. Comida boa so nas barracas da praia na hora de movimento. Era para ficar uma semana na ilha, desistir e volto para casa com 2 dias
Boy, what terrible nights, hot as hell, small rooms, old mattresses and broken beds. Pool filthy and old, the only good thing is the attention of the staff. But they only start cleaning the common areas after 10am. Could have a leisure area and the pool should be renovated. Never, under any circumstances, take a room with a fan, you will die of heat. The island of Itaparica is beautiful but without any structure to receive it. Come with friends and rent a house with a pool and it might be less bad. Bad restaurants, and pizzeria is not even mentioned. Good food only at the beach huts when it's busy. I was supposed to stay on the island for a week, give up and return home with 2 days

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeiramente quero elogiar os meninos da noite a única parte boa.meninos atenciosos.cheguei e logo vi que o banheiro estava vazando pedi um pano de chão não fui atendido.muito calor não consegui dormir.depois veio o café da manhã muita decepcao.tudo regrado atendentes com mal humor.funcionarios mal respondem o bom dia.a gestora sem comentários.
Precisamos pedir 2 vezes pra limpar o quarto.nao trocam toalha nem.lencol.decepcionante. amei a cidade.o hotel está nos detalhes da história da cidade.so precisa ter uma reciclagem com os funcionários. O preço está em conta.
First I want to praise the boys at night, the only good part. Attentive boys. I arrived and soon saw that the bathroom was leaking I asked for a floor cloth, I was not answered. It was too hot, I couldn't sleep. Then came breakfast, a lot of disappointment. attendants with bad mood.employees barely respond the good morning.the manager without comments.
We need to ask twice to clean the room.they don't change towels nor.sheets.disappointing. I loved the city.the hotel is in the details of the city's history.so it needs a refresher with the staff. The price is taken into account.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel have one of the best locations of Itaparica, in front of the sea. It has 3 types of rooms, with a fan in te cealing, one with AC, and a pool view, and the top room with AC and sea view. It's a very simple hotel, but it's really nice compared to other in region. You may have option for Breakfast, and it's a very good one.
