The service is great, if you schedule the appointment it's faster, if you want emergency care, go in the morning, as it takes a while.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moro a 5 min de distância do local, como tenho um cachorro de grande porte, que nao estava conseguindo andar, solicitei o táxi pet para fazer uma consulta. A cada ligação minha o atendente dizia que estava a caminho, até que, passadas mais de 2 horas disse que o carro quebrou. Péssimo atendimento, definitivamente não recomendo.
I live 5 minutes away from the place, as I have a large dog, which was unable to walk, I requested the pet taxi to make an appointment. At each call, the attendant said he was on his way, until, after more than 2 hours, he said that the car broke down. Terrible service, definitely do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei minha cachorrinha na emergência, o vet dizendo que ia solicitar exames. Perguntei o valor, porém ele só disse depois de ter feito a coleta do sangue. Achei desrespeitoso. Como se quisesse "empurrar" exames por dinheiro. Por fim, não cumpriram o prazo de entrega dos resultados e quando levei os resultados em outro vet ele disse que as plaquetas estavam erradas pq naquele valor tão baixo ela estaria tendo hemorragia. E a cachorra estava ótima.
I took my dog to the emergency room, the vet said he was going to request tests. I asked the value, but he only said after having done the blood collection. I found it disrespectful. As if to "push" exams for money. Finally, they did not meet the deadline for delivering the results and when I took the results to another vet he said that the platelets were wrong because at that low value she would be bleeding. And the dog was great.
