★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Empurraram um monte de remédio numa gatinha filhote, só pra vender remedio na loja do lado da clinica. A gata quase morre com a agressão que os remedios causaram ao estamogo e figado. Voltei la, a medica nem olhou pra gata e disse pra continuar dando os mesmos remedios. Fui direto em outra clinica pra internar. Gastar um monte de dinheiro pra desfazer o erro. Nao empurrem um monte de remedio, so pela venda. É anti- ético.

I went back there, the doctor didn't even look at the cat and said to continue giving the same medication. I went straight to another clinic to be admitted. Spend a lot of money to undo the mistake. Don't push a bunch of medicine, just for the sale. It's unethical.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se você quiser passar o dia inteiro pra ser atendido, extorquido e não ter o problema do seu pet resolvido vá para lá. Passam uma série de exames desnecessários, com a doença visivelmente diagnosticada e laudada, mas preferem fazer exames que não irão resolver seu caso/ das duas uma: ou são despreparados ou mal caráter. Nunca mais levo um animal meu para esta clínica.
If you want to spend the whole day to be attended, extorted and not have your pet's problem solved, go there. They pass a series of unnecessary tests, with the disease visibly diagnosed and lauded, but they prefer to have tests that will not solve their case / either: they are either unprepared or bad character. I will never take my pet to this clinic again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu gato chegou muito mau, extremamente desidratado, dificuldade de respirar, magro precisando dos atendimentos imediatos e de urgência mas ao invés disso ficou numa mesa de inox muito fria ,tiraram sangue com muita dificuldade pra fazer exames e com 30 minutos estava morto. Se pelo menos tivessem feito o que era prioridade como hidratar não teria ficado tão chateado.
My cat arrived very bad, extremely dehydrated, difficult to breathe, thin, needing immediate and emergency care but instead it was on a very cold stainless steel table, they took blood with great difficulty to do exams and in 30 minutes it was dead. If they had at least done what was a priority like hydrating, I wouldn't have been so upset.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente dia 16/11/21 perdi meu companheiro de quase 9 anos porque eu tive a péssima escolha de me dirigir a esse "hospital" para cuidar dele! Deixei o pet vivíssimo nesse "hospital " e em menos de 30 min de internação, recebi um telefonema dizendo que o animal teria morrido, simples assim!!!!Simples assim para eles que não demonstram nem um pouco de sentimentos, para mim foi uma vida indefesa que foi ceifada...NÃO RECOMENDO DE FORMA ALGUMA DEIXAR SEU BICHINHO NUM LUGAR DESSUMANO DESSE!!!
Infelizmente perdi meu animal, ao tentar salvá-lo apenas apressei a sua morte procurando ESSE ESTABELECIMENTO QUE SE INTITULA "HOSPITAL VETERINARIO DE TERESINA" que mais se assemelha a um abatedouro de animal do que realmente com um hospital!!INDIGNADA!
Unfortunately on 11/16/21 I lost my partner of almost 9 years because I had the bad choice to go to this "hospital" to take care of him! I left the pet alive in this "hospital" and in less than 30 minutes of hospitalization, I received a phone call saying that the animal would have died, as simple as that!! Simple as that for them who do not show any feelings, for me it was a defenseless life that was reaped... I DON'T RECOMMEND IN ANY WAY LEAVING YOUR LITTLE PET IN A HUGE PLACE THIS!!!
Unfortunately I lost my animal, when I tried to save him I just hastened his death looking for THIS ESTABLISHMENT THAT CALLS ITSELF "TERESINA'S VETERINARIO HOSPITAL" which more resembles an animal slaughterhouse than actually a hospital!! OUTRAGED!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente nos momentos que tive por aqui, foram situações pela qual não gostaria, mas temos de valorizar o trabalho que é feito, pioneiro na região em atendimento de urgência, embora seja demorado para ser atendido, acredito que nos maiores centros que não tão pertos dali, o atendimento deve demorar ainda mais, então chega a ser entendível. Localização é boa, no coração da zona sul, cameras de segurança nos passa uma porcentagem pequena de proteção, as recepcionistas da linha de frente costumam ser bem gentis, educadas e pacientes, os médicos sempre estão em busca do melhor tratamento, porém o que deixou a desejar foi o pouco espaço da chapa do raio-x, muito curto, cachorros de grande porte se dão mal com toda a força que tem que ser colocada pra deixar eles ali em cima. Voltaria mais vezes, pois ainda sim, é um dos bons locais que ainda temos.
