Não fizeram nenhum cadastro meu e muito menos do produto que deixei na loja para reparo, atrasaram o orçamento e todos os prazos que me deram, além disso não me retornaram nenhuma vez para informar sobre o conserto, tive que ficar cobrando para receber um parecer, não recomendo.
I didn't have a good experience, I lack organization.
They did not make any registration of mine and much less of the product I left in the store for repair, they delayed the budget and all the deadlines they gave me, in addition they did not return me once to inform about the repair, I had to keep charging to receive an opinion, I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendente foi muito grosseiro, após eu dizer que não ia realizar o serviço, trocou a câmera do meu celular por uma de um celular diferente... Depois de eu reclamar, trocou de novo, porém a câmera que ele colocou estava quebrada sendo que a que eu levei lá estava em perfeito estado. Contudo, fez uma limpeza no meu celular e solucionou o problema inicial. Sobre a câmera tive que gastar 600 reais em outro lugar.

After I complained, he changed again, but the camera he put in was broken and the one I took there was in perfect condition. However, he cleaned my phone and solved the initial problem.
