★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento por parte das recepcionista são péssimos, pessoas altamente ignorantes e mau educadas, 99% dos pacientes são idosos e não tem nenhuma prioridade, tem bastante aglomeração inclusive aos sábados, clínica sem espaço correto para o distanciamento social, quando a enfermeira está ocupada são as recepcionistas que fazem o procedimento de vista, funcionárias da recepção altamente sem paciência para dar assistência e dar informação aos acompanhantes, um absurdo, NÃO RECOMENDO, nem pagando e nem de graça.
 The attendance by the receptionists is terrible, people are highly ignorant and badly educated, 99% of the patients are elderly and have no priority, there is a lot of crowding even on Saturdays, a clinic without the right space for social distance, when the nurse is busy they are the receptionists who perform the sight procedure, reception staff highly without patience to assist and provide information to the companions, absurd, I DO NOT RECOMMEND, neither paying nor free.

Poor service by the receptionists, especially the man with straight hair. Doctors even serve well. Most patients are elderly, do not know how to use technology and they have no patience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu exame estava agendado para as 7 horas da manhã, fui atendido pela recepcionista as 7 e meia e para minha surpresa o exame só ia ser realizado as 13 horas. Pedi uma declaração de comparecimento para mostrar na empresa que estava chegando atrasado e eles me pegaram. Mesmo eu estando lá eles disseram que não podia dar,pois não realizei o exame,mesmo eu estando lá.
My exam was scheduled for 7 am, I was attended by the receptionist at 7:30 am and to my surprise the exam would only be held at 1 pm. I asked for a declaration of attendance to show the company that I was arriving late and they caught me. Even though I was there, they said I couldn't do it, because I didn't take the exam, even though I was there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, consulta com demoras de 5 horas ou mais pra ser realizada, funcionários ignorantes, médicos chegam depois do horário da consulta marcada , experiência PÉSSIMA, jamais indicari.
Bad service, consultation with delays of 5 hours or more to be performed, ignorant employees, doctors arrive after the appointment time, TERRIBLE experience, I would never indicate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os médicos são excelentes, mas antes de ser atendido por eles o desrespeito aos idosos e pessoas com limitações físicas é enorme. As recepcionistas gritam com os idosos, não existe distanciamento social e os idosos esperam por horas do lado de fora da clínica. Lamentável a postura desses profissionais. Lamentável a empresa colaborar com tal atitude, já que as reclamações com relação ao atendimento na recepção se repete aqui nos comentários.
The doctors are excellent, but before being treated by them, the disrespect for the elderly and people with physical limitations is enormous. The receptionists yell at the elderly, there is no social distance and the elderly wait for hours outside the clinic. The attitude of these professionals is regrettable. It is regrettable that the company collaborates with such an attitude, since the complaints regarding the service at the reception are repeated here in the comments.
