No tempo em que se denominava PONTO DO AR era excelente.
Tinha interesse em bem atender a clientela.
Ocorre que a empresa cresceu muito. Agigantou-se e até mudou de nome.
Atualmente, ela não mais precisa de clientes.
É autossuficiente! E este, o cliente, é apenas: um mero detalhe!!!
Há dez anos ela instalou um Condicionador de Ar Split em meu apartamento.
Por oito anos prestava assistência técnica sempre que requerida. Atualmente não mais.
Requeri uma assistência no dia 13/12. Até hoje, 31/12, sequer deram alguma satisfação. A funcionária Rôse até atende bem ao telefone, mas não consegue convencer ao seu Dirigente Marcos Willes de Jesus a continuar prestando um bom serviço.
Quem agradece é a grande concorrência. É uma pena!!!

For eight years it provided technical assistance whenever required. Currently not anymore.
I requested assistance on 12/13. Until today, 12/31, they didn't even give any satisfaction. Employee Rôse even answers the phone well, but she can't convince her manager Marcos Willes de Jesus to continue providing a good service.
Who thanks is the great competition. It is a pity!!!
