O pior é que para todas as críticas o argumento da loja é o mesmo, é um discurso reticente, novidade inconsistente, vou comprar em outro lugar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu só queria saber quem são os proprietários dessa loja, pq até pra vender uma das gerentes foi super arrogante, pq um vendedor diz que tem 30% desconto, o outro 20%. Uma diz que o gerente pode dar 28% desconto à vista, outra diz que são 25%. Criam divergência e depois ainda questionam o cliente pq falamos com outro vendedor pra fazer orçamento. A gerente disse que era gerente geral que não autoriza um desconto onde vc já está com o orçamento do próprio funcionário. Nuncaaaaaaa vi isso!! Passada!
I just wanted to know who the owners of this store are, because even to sell one of the managers was super arrogant, because one salesman says he has a 30% discount, the other 20%. One says the manager can give a 28% cash discount, another says it's 25%. They create divergence and then they still question the customer because we talk to another seller to make a budget. The manager said she was the general manager who doesn't authorize a discount where you already have the employee's own budget. I have never seen this!! Last!

Compramos uma mesa de jantar, atendimento presencialmente foi maravilhoso, fiquei encantado, produtos de excelente qualidade, o problema foi nas duas tentativas de entrega que vieram produtos diferentes do comprado.
Vendedora Luciene é muito desatenta, conversadora e incompetente, prometeu horários de entrega que não cumpriu e nos gerou uma desorganização na rotina gigantesca... Uma Infeliz!
Compramos uma mesa quadrada de cor branca, veio a tentar ser entregue uma mesa de centro redonda de cor preta, recusei de imediado.
Na segunda tentativa de entrega veio uma mesa similar(aquele famoso se colar colou), mas, diante dos transtornos - em saber, inclusive, pela moça do depósito da loja que a mesa a qual compramos não tinha em estoque, optei pelo cancelamento da compra e devolução da mesa/cadeiras.
Infelizmente a vendedora agiu de má fé e nos vendeu um produto que não constava em estoque, fora a péssima tratativa da vendedora Luciene via WhatsAap, com grosseria e rispidez, mesmo estando errada o tempo inteiro.
Enfim, uma péssima experiência com a loja, onde me trouxe falta ao trabalho, estresse, e MUITA mais muita dor de cabeça. Caberia danos morais... Graças a Deus e a gerente Thaís, que interviu na situação, onde prestou com respeito um serviço pós-venda, articulou o estorno do valor pago no prazo de 5 dias úteis.
Não recomendo comprar nessa loja a menos que você queira se estressar...
Bad experience with Sofistikasa store/Luciene salesperson.
We bought a dining table, service in person was wonderful, I was delighted, products of excellent quality, the problem was in the two delivery attempts that came with different products.
Saleswoman Luciene is very inattentive, conversational and incompetent, she promised delivery times that she did not meet and caused us a disorganization in the gigantic routine... An Unhappy One!
We bought a white square table, a black round coffee table came trying to be delivered, I immediately refused.
On the second delivery attempt, a similar table came (that famous one stuck), but, in view of the inconvenience - even knowing from the girl in the store warehouse that the table we bought was not in stock, I opted to cancel the purchase and return of table/chairs.
Unfortunately, the seller acted in bad faith and sold us a product that was not in stock, apart from the bad deal by the seller Luciene via WhatsAap, rudely and harshly, even though she was wrong all the time.
Anyway, a bad experience with the store, which caused me to miss work, stress, and a LOT of headaches. It would be moral damages... Thanks to God and the manager Thaís, who intervened in the situation, where she provided an after-sales service with respect, articulated the reversal of the amount paid within 5 working days.
I don't recommend shopping at this store unless you want to get stressed...

Com uma importante ressalva, produto veio com falha, das quais a loja no faz reparo, fui informado que seria feita uma troca (um sofá) mas, desde de janeiro que estou no aguardo dessa troca, e ninguém da loja me dá retorno nem satisfação. Muita dificuldade pra falar com alguém na loja por telefone. Mais dificuldade ainda para ter informações da minha situação. 19 de abril e até agora nada da troca.
