Mas deixo aqui registrado a minha insatisfação referente a entrega do material em minha residência, onde fui informada no ato da entrega por dois entregadores que não poderiam descarregar meu material( ferragens) do lado de dentro do meu portão devido a falta de ajudantes, e segundo as ordens do responsável da loja... Deixando então todo o material na frente da minha casa, e como as ferragens são grandes, ainda obstruindo a passagem do portão do meu vizinho....
Peço ao gerente ou dono do local, que tenha o bom senso de que se o cliente está comprando um material caro, o correto no ato da entrega e no mínimo deixar o material do lado de dentro do portão do seu cliente, pois se eu não tivesse arrumado ninguém para me ajudar a guardar, eu teria que ficar na rua vigiando meu material?... Exceto nos casos de compra de um material mais pesado como por exemplo areia, brita, tijolos etc....mas ferragens!!! Fala sério né....fica a dica para melhorias.
Great service, great price and quick delivery time! But I leave here registered my dissatisfaction regarding the delivery of the material to my residence, where I was informed at the time of delivery by two couriers who could not unload my material (hardware) inside my gate due to the lack of helpers, and second the orders of the person in charge of the store... So leaving all the material in front of my house, and as the hardware is big, it still obstructs the passage of my neighbor's gate....
I ask the manager or owner of the site to have the good sense that if the customer is buying expensive material, the correct one upon delivery and at least leave the material inside your customer's gate, because if I don't had I found someone to help me save, would I have to stay on the street watching my material?... Except in cases of buying a heavier material such as sand, gravel, bricks etc... but hardware!!! Seriously right... here's the tip for improvements.
