★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima compramos no dia 8/12 e até agora não foi entregue mesa ,cadeira do papai ,e mais u móvel de sala ,agora após pagamento da primeira parcela o gerente veio falar que não tem os móveis e que precisamos estornar no cartão
Eu comprei porque tinha dinheiro pra pagar e a loja me vendeu o que não tinha prá entregar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremamente arrependida.Comprei um guarda roupa e mandaram com as portas erradas até agora espero a troca ou alguém pra atender o telefone, porquê eles não ligam pra concertar o erro que foi deles, falta de atenção com o cliente, eu estou indo agora desfazer a compra.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O pior lugar que já fiz compras em toda minha vida. Demora muito para pagar, tem que esperar autorização para passar um simples cartão, e é uma eternidade, pior ainda depois que paga e espera para pegarem o produto. Passe direto e vá em outra loja.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horrível, fui perguntar se vendia um smartwatch e o cara simplesmente falou que tô maluco e que isso não existe... E não só um cara mais todas as vezes que fui atendido foi péssimo. E os valores não são bons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Primeira compra na Império e tive uma péssima experiência, comprei uma sanduicheira, pedir para testar o eletro que em seguida iria presentear, segundo o funcionário não faz teste, me vi forçado a testar eu mesmo no meio da loja de forma improvisada.
Caso viesse apresentar defeito em casa poderia até 5 dias trocar, no meu caso seria um transtorno e também decepcionante já que seria um presente.
P.S: Só elogios para a vendedora que me atendeu, simpática e atenciosa.
First purchase at Império and I had a bad experience, I bought a sandwich maker, ask to test the electro that I would then give as a gift, according to the employee who does not test, I was forced to test myself in the middle of the store in an improvised way.
If I came home with a defect I could exchange it for up to 5 days, in my case it would be a inconvenience and also disappointing since it would be a gift.
P.S: Only compliments to the saleswoman who attended me, friendly and attentive.
