Estava em processo de negociação com um imóvel na candido portinari, desde de o primeiro contato tive a informação q seria 2 meses de caução, fiz uma contra proposta e ofereci 3 meses de aluguel se diminuísse um pouco o valor, não aceitaram minha proposta e aumentaram o caução pr 3 meses. E falaram q a taxa de documentação serie eu q pagaria.
Argumentei sobre o caução e sobre a taxa de documentação, me derem respostas vagas.
E paramos por aí.
Não sei como classificar essa postura, a única coisa q sei q foi errado esse tipo de comportamento da empresa.
I had a bad experience with this company, feeling disrespected as a person and customer..
I was in the process of negotiating with a property at Candido Portinari, from the first contact I had the information that it would be 2 months of deposit, I made a counter proposal and offered 3 months of rent if I reduced the value a little, they did not accept my proposal and increased the security deposit pr 3 months. And they said that the documentation fee would be what I would pay.
I argued about the deposit and about the documentation fee, they gave me vague answers.
And we stop there.
I don't know how to classify this posture, the only thing I know was that this type of behavior by the company was wrong.
