Bad service, refused to exchange a bag that came with a defect. The wheel broke in a few days of use, the problem was thrown to the manufacturer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha mãe fez um tratamento próximo a esse shopping, e comprou uma bolsa de presente para mim! Infelizmente não me identifiquei com a cor que era um vinho. Moramos longe desse shopping, fui lá trocar a gerente muito mal educada, até enfiou o dedo na minha cara, péssima profissional. Fui na mesma loja de outro shopping, excelente atendimento a profissional trocou na hora. Totalmente despreparada e incapaz de exercer o cargo que possuía gerente dessa loja. Devido a outra loja trocar, só me deixou mais claro que o problema era a profissional, ou melhor, antiprofissional.
My mother had a treatment near this mall, and she bought me a gift bag! Unfortunately I didn't identify with the color that was a wine. We live far from this mall, I went there to change the manager, very rude, she even stuck her finger in my face, a terrible professional. I went to the same store in another mall, excellent service, the professional changed immediately. Totally unprepared and unable to exercise the position that the manager of this store had. Because another store changed, it only made me clearer that the problem was professional, or rather unprofessional.
