★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ontem tive uma experiência muito ruim nesta agência. fui fazer minha garantia estendida do meu jeep e a atendente Samantha me disse q eu teria 7 dias pra cancelar ou mudar o plano. no dia seguinte resolvi mudar o plano segui para agência mesmo tentando entrar em contato no dia anterior com a mesma e não tendo retorno. cheui na agência e ela não se encontrava e deixou o recado q eu não poderia mudar o plano de garantida estendida somente cancelar. engraçado é q não nos informam por escrito na hora da compra do veículo. falei com o Thiago Rocha vendedor q tentou ajudar mas disse q era da oarte de vendas....estou aguardando retorno e nada ...me sinto um palhaço......infelizmente .....
yesterday I had a very bad experience at this agency. I went to do my extended warranty on my jeep and the attendant Samantha told me I would have 7 days to cancel or change the plan. the next day I decided to change the plan and went to the agency even trying to get in touch with it the day before and having no return. I went to the agency and she was not there and left a message that I could not change the extended guarantee plan, only cancel. funny thing is that they don't inform us in writing when buying the vehicle. I spoke with Thiago Rocha the salesperson who tried to help but said he was from the sales arts....I'm waiting for a return and nothing...I feel like a clown......unfortunately .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não conseguem fazer algo tão simples que é mandar um valor de um modelo pelo whatsapp. Querem vender mas on preço é a sete chaves. Segredo. E a justificativa é que a loja estava tendo um evento e não tinham tempo pra informar o valor. Se tem a opção de receber pelo whatsapp então que o façam.
They can't do something as simple as sending a model value through whatsapp. They want to sell but the price is under lock and key. Secret. And the justification is that the store was having an event and they didn't have time to inform the value. If you have the option to receive via whatsapp then do so.
