★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um semi-novo nessa concessionária, segundo veículo que compro em um ano do grupo, o anterior foi na Honda Forte, próxima dessa Darujh, na hora da venda promete tudo revisão de itens de freio e algo mais, mas na realidade não é assim, carro com problemas no ar condicionado desde o início falei que não ia ficar com o veículo por causa do problema do ar condicionado, me prometeram consertar, foi consertado, mas logo no primeiro dia voltou a apresentar problemas, e a vendedora demora em responder. Ainda trata o cliente como se tivesse feito um favor pra mim, por ter me vendido o veículo, que paguei á vista, independente se fosse a prazo. Falta de comunicação, e transparência.
O, caso foi passado para a gerência, que depois da minha decepção, se propôs a resolver o problema.
Se, resolver e ficar bom para ambas as partes, venho aqui novamente elogiar a 'Concessionária' Darujh .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prometem uma coisa e não cumprem, comprei um veículo usado que prometeram que seria entregue revisado, em dois meses com o veículo e o mesmo começou a apresentar diversos defeitos, como estava na garantia levei na Concessionária, o Mecânico Fernando não olhou e tampouco resolveu os problemas relatados. Embreagem estava dura, o mecânico teve coragem de falar que embreagem hidráulica é dura mesmo, empurrando o problema até esgotar o prazo da garantia. Resumindo, carro com reparo com massa e diversos retoques, não fui avisado dessa condição, embreagem no fim da vida, problema na caixa de direção, mangueira da água do ar quente com vazamento, problema no câmbio. Tudo isso porque garantiram que o carro foi revisado.
