I ordered the internet almost 3 weeks ago, they said it would take up to 5 days to come install. I still look forward to it. If the service is like this at the time of sale, imagine later. Well disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimaaaaa. Não merece nem ZERO. Não cumpre com o que prometem, fazem descaso com os clientes, atendimento pior do universo. O Procon precisa ver isso com urgência. Você comprar um pacote de50mb e NUNCA nem chegar a 10mb, isso é fraude. E outra, NÃO EXISTE FIBRA OPTICA, é tudo uma farsa.
Terrible. It doesn't even deserve ZERO. Does not deliver what they promise, they neglect customers, the worst service in the universe. Procon needs to see this urgently. You buy a 50mb package and NEVER even reach 10mb, this is fraud. And another one, THERE IS NO FIBER OPTIC, it is all a scam.
