Fui para comprar um colchão a mulher com uma história de que um casal foi e comprou 20 camas, e que o desconto que ela me deu seria permitido se eu deixasse um sinal no valor de cinquenta reais, pois meu namorado iria ver a cama no dia seguinte! Deixei o dinheiro, no outro dia voltei e pedi o estorno! É já faz exatamente um mês e até hoje meu estorno não aconteceu.

Em novembro do ano passado comprei uma cama baú e um colchão king nessa loja, segundo a vendedora era a "Ferrari" da loja. Paguei quase sete mil reais.
Após isso, só tive decepções com a compra:
- A cama baú veio com os parafusos enferrujados.
- Na primeira semana os puxadores do baú quebraram, pois o pistão não era adequado para o peso do colchão, fiz uma reclamação e trocaram os pistões. Segundo o rapaz da assistência, só estavam fazendo a troca para quem reclamava, ao invés de já sair de fábrica com o pistão correto.
- Passados cinco meses fui fazer a rotação do colchão e descobri que o tecido debaixo já está rasgado, expondo a espuma. Ao entrar em contato, me disseram que a garantia é só 90 dias. É um absurdo um colchão que custa quase cinco mil reais ter uma costura tão frágil!
Resumindo: nunca mais compro nada da marca King Star! Produtos caros e de baixa qualidade, FUJAM!!!
Poor quality products!
In November of last year I bought a trunk bed and a king mattress in this store, according to the seller it was the "Ferrari" of the store. I paid almost seven thousand reais.
After that, I only had disappointments with the purchase:
- The trunk bed came with the rusty screws.
- In the first week the trunk handles broke, as the piston was not suitable for the weight of the mattress, I made a complaint and they changed the pistons. According to the service guy, they were only doing the exchange for those who complained, instead of leaving the factory with the correct piston.
- After five months I went to rotate the mattress and found that the fabric underneath was already torn, exposing the foam. When I contacted them, I was told that the warranty is only 90 days. It is absurd for a mattress that costs almost five thousand reais to have such a fragile seam!
In short: I will never buy anything from the King Star brand again! Expensive and low quality products, RUN!!!
