O produto comprado por mim, apresentou defeito: o colchão não fica fixo ao baú, me movimentando toda vez que alguém senta ou deita no colchão, teve um dia que quase caí no chão. Liguei inúmeras vezes na loja e telefone somente chama, qdo tive sorte de uma funcionária atender ao telefone e relatar o meu problema, ela disse que nada poderia ser feito e ainda desligou o telefone na minha cara.
Talvez eu entre na justiça para resolver o meu problema.
Bad store and neglect with the customer. The product purchased by me was defective: the mattress is not fixed to the chest, moving me every time someone sits or lies on the mattress, one day I almost fell to the floor. I called the store countless times and only called the phone, when I was lucky for an employee to answer the phone and report my problem, she said nothing could be done and even hung up the phone in my face.
Maybe I'll go to court to solve my problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja desonesta. Só comprei lá por causa do prazo de entrega, o prédio que eu moro tem umas regras chatas pra isso e me garantiram entrega, pois era própria e blá blá blá... Atrasaram...... Mandei voltar pois não daria pra receber. Aí o problema começou. Vendedor disse que não tinha marcado horário comigo, aí quando eu fui gravar a ligação, ele não falou mais nada. Ou seja, sem gravar fala uma coisa, gravando fala outra. Qual a honestidade envolvida?
Sugiro cuidado.
Dishonest store. I only bought it there because of the delivery deadline, the building I live in has some boring rules for that and they guaranteed me delivery, because it was proper and blah blah blah... They were late...... I sent it back because I couldn't receive it . Then the problem started. Salesperson said he hadn't made an appointment with me, so when I went to record the call, he didn't say anything else. That is, without recording one thing, recording another. What honesty is involved?
