★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento no telefone horrível, liguei para saber de um resultado, as 11 da manhã me disseram que já tinham fechado, dizendo que tinham mandado resultado por e-mail , só que o resultado não chegou!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lendo os comentários vi que umas pessoas elogiam o atendimento e outras reclamam. Eu sou do grupo que não dei sorte, as mulheres deviam estar de TPM no dia. Fui 2 vezes lá, na segunda com meu filho, um bebê. Pensa num atendimento horroroso (até o dono é mal humorado, pela conversa dele com as funcionárias pude perceber que era o dono). Enfim, um horror, só voltei na segunda vez pq o laboratório Gram que eu gosto muito infelizmente não fazia o exame no meu filho que eu precisava. Mas é muito ruim, até pra entregar os exames elas fecham a cara, nem responderam meu "bom dia".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um exame hoje para sair o resultado ate 10:40, falaram que me mandariam o email com o resultado quando liguei falaram que nao podiam mais fazer nada por que ja tinham desligado o computador, falta de respeito com o cliente que pagou por um exame particular.
