★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A atendetea é muito atenciosa e a técnica excelente. Só que o serviço é lento demais. A coleta de sangue tem horário e jejum,depe depend do tipo de exame. E acho que a demora mesmo em dias que o laboratório está vazio pode prejudicar de alguma forma o resultado. Minha opinião. Levar em média de 30 a 50 minutos só para o pré atendimento e so depois a coleta e tempo demais.
The customer service is very attentive and the technique excellent. Only the service is too slow. Blood collection is scheduled and fasted, depending on the type of test. And I think that the delay even in days when the laboratory is empty can harm the result in some way. My opinion. Take an average of 30 to 50 minutes just for pre-service and then collection and too much time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma esculhambação de laboratório, uma total desorganização. Até estranhei que cheguei às 9hr e estava totalmente vazio, não tinha uma viva alma. Aí, pelo péssimo atendimento entendi. O número de telefone que consta não é o de Itaboraí, aí a gente liga pra se informar, manda email com foto dos pedidos para validarem o pedido, justamente para poder ir de uma vez fazer o exame e não perder dia de trabalho atoa e chegando lá eles falam que não pode fazer o exame, que precisa de indicação clínica, ao questionar sobre a validação do exame por email, me informaram que o email que mandei foi para a central e que o telefone que está no Google é da central, na verdade eles nem sabiam que não era o telefone deles, e a forma de falar da atendente querendo colocar a culpa na gente. Como que vamos saber que o telefone que está no Google não é o da filial de Itaboraí, quando o endereço é o correto? Se a central passa uma informação, não deveria valer para todas as filiais? Enfim, uma total desorganização, sem padronização, total desrespeito com o cliente (paciente), perda de dia de trabalho atoa. Não recomendo!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, meu filho com teste lá para fazer com apenas 2 anos uma atendente quis se negar a atender meu filho por causa da máscara , sendo que ele não usa de jeito nenhum, porque só te apenas 2 anos! Não recomendo a ninguém esse lugar! Vc paga caro para ser atendida mal.
Bad service, my son with a test there to do at only 2 years old, an attendant wanted to refuse to attend to my son because of the mask, and he doesn't use it at all, because he's only 2 years old! I don't recommend this place to anyone! You pay dearly to be treated poorly.
