★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo em todos os aspectos, atendentes descortês, com má vontade de dá informações, local pequeno demais com excesso de pessoas, sem respeitar os protocolos sanitários da covid, sem álcool em gel para uso dos clientes e lentidão no atendimento. Fiquei duas horas lá e não consegui ser atendido para fazer exames na forma particular
 Terrible service in all aspects, discourteous attendants, unwilling to give information, too small a place with too many people, not respecting covid's sanitary protocols, no alcohol gel for use by customers and slow service. I stayed there for two hours and I couldn't be seen to take exams in the private way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No site dizem que aceitam o plano de saúde mas ao chegar no local e esperar muito tempo para ser atendida, a atendente diz que não aceitam mais o plano.
On the website they say they accept the health plan but when they arrive at the place and wait a long time to be attended to, the attendant says they no longer accept the plan.

O agendamento de coleta domiciliar pelo Whatsapp é horrível. Atendentes levam dias para responder, não confirmam o agendamento e sequer passam informações básicas. Fui informada pelo setor de autorização junto ao plano que a coleta seria no dia seguinte, mas ninguém disse o horário.
Enviei várias mensagens para o WhatsApp questionando o horário da coleta, liguei e ainda assim não tive um retorno.
No dia marcado, a paciente, uma idosa de 94 anos, aguardou pela coleta domiciliar em jejum até às 8:15h e ninguém apareceu. Quando mandei mensagem no WhatsApp cancelando o serviço pelo fato da paciente estar com hipoglicemia, imediatamente responderam que iriam verificar o local em que a responsável pela coleta estava, mas aí já era tarde.
O atendimento no local também é ruim, sem distanciamento social eficiente.

The scheduling of home collection by Whatsapp is horrible. Attendants take days to respond, do not confirm the appointment and do not even provide basic information. I was informed by the authorization department at the plan that the collection would be the next day, but no one said the time.
I sent several messages to WhatsApp questioning the collection time, called and still didn't get a return.
On the appointed day, the patient, a 94-year-old elderly woman, waited for the home collection on an empty stomach until 8:15 am and no one appeared. When I sent a message on WhatsApp canceling the service because the patient had hypoglycemia, they immediately replied that they would check the place where the person responsible for the collection was, but by then it was too late.
On-site service is also poor, without efficient social distancing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre realizo meus exames nesse laboratório e nunca tive problemas maiores. Exceto o alto tempo de espera, realmente somente duas atendentes e duas técnicas coletando o sangue é muito pouco, considerando a alta demanda diária para esses tipos de exames. Idosos aguardando em jejum por horas, o tempo de espera realmente é para além do limite aceitável. Eu cheguei as 7:40 e coletaram meu sangue as 10h. Por que não contratam mais profissionais? Chega de economia, peço mais respeito com os usuários.
I always perform my exams in this laboratory and I have never had major problems. Except for the long waiting time, really only two attendants and two technicians collecting the blood is very little, considering the high daily demand for these types of tests. Seniors waiting on fasting for hours, the waiting time is really beyond the acceptable limit. I arrived at 7:40 and they collected my blood at 10:00. Why not hire more professionals? Enough of savings, I ask for more respect with users.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As próprias recepcionistas ficam com a máscara aparecendo o nariz. Clientes entram sem máscara e ficam sentados na recepção e ninguém fala nada. Total descaso para um lugar que se diz laboratório.
The receptionists themselves keep the mask showing their nose. Customers enter without a mask and are seated at the reception and no one says anything. Total disregard for a place that calls itself a laboratory.
