★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito ruim, atendimento eletrônico péssimo, não ajuda em nada, só atrapalha, precisa de aperfeiçoamento, para pelo menos ficar medíocre.
Very bad, terrible electronic service, it doesn't help at all, it just gets in the way, it needs improvement, to at least be mediocre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima. Falta administração. Minha esposa foi fazer um exame e atrasou simplesmente 2 horas. Uma pessoa grávida que n pode ficar na rua muito tempo e assim fazem. Isso porque tô pagando. Imagine se fosse de graça. Não recomendo a ninguém. Fujam deste laboratório.
Terrible. Lack of administration. My wife went for an exam and was just 2 hours late. A pregnant person who cannot stay on the street for a long time and so they do. That's because I'm paying. Imagine if it was free. I don't recommend it to anyone. Get away from this lab.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passei mais de uma hora para tentar realizar um exame de sangue. Cheio, muitos idosos e ninguém fica aguardando do lado de fora. Todos só podem ficar na recepção, e o atendimento é demorado (cerca de 15 a 20min só para cadastro) em meio a críticas que o sistema está muito lento ou que travou. Levei 1h, desisti de esperar quando descobri que sequer haviam avisado da minha ficha. Pedi que cancelassem e fui ao laboratório ao lado que prontamente me atendeu. Mas, adivinha, a atendente do Labs não cancelou minha autorização e não pude realizar o exame.
Já foi melhor e eu o dava preferência, mas já não dá mais com tanto descaso.
Resumo: Aglomeração, demora, confusão e desrespeito.
I spent over an hour trying to get a blood test. Full, many elderly people and no one is waiting outside. Everyone can only stay at the reception, and the service takes time (about 15 to 20 minutes just to register) amid criticism that the system is too slow or that it has crashed. It took me 1 hour, I gave up waiting when I found out that they had not even told me about my record. I asked them to cancel and went to the laboratory next door that promptly answered me. But, guess what, the Labs attendant did not cancel my authorization and I was unable to take the exam.
It was already better and I gave it preference, but it doesn't work anymore with so much neglect.
Abstract: Crowding, delay, confusion and disrespect.
