Estive no laboratório do Meier, R. Medina, em 19/11/2019, p/ saber sobre o resultado do exame da paciente.
A atendente me relatou que, por eu ser filha e apenas possuir um doc. de identificação oficial meu capaz de comprovar o grau de parentesco, não poderia retirar o resultado.
Eu não estava com a identidade oficial da cliente/protocolo.
No entanto, a cliente é renal crônica há 23 anos, em estágio terminal e estava no tratamento de hemodiálise. Por isso, não poderia estar sem sua documentação oficial.
Gostaria de deixar, por isso, a sugestão: liberem a retirada de resultados para familiares que portem documentos oficiais capazes de demonstrar o grau de parentesco e peçam a assinatura de um termo de responsabilidade pela retirada, em vez de exigir que pacientes/clientes em situações vulneráveis fiquem sem sua documentação oficial.
 Good afternoon,
I was in the laboratory of Meier, R. Medina, on 19/11/2019, to know about the result of the patient's examination.
The attendant told me that because I am a daughter and only have one doc. My official identification card capable of proving the relationship, could not remove the result.
I did not have the official client identity / protocol.
However, the client has been a chronic renal failure for 23 years, terminally ill and was undergoing hemodialysis treatment. Therefore, it could not be without its official documentation.
I want to make, so the suggestion: release removal results to family members who portem official documents able to demonstrate the relationship and ask for the signature of a the withdrawal liability waiver, instead of requiring that patients / clients in situations vulnerable are without their official documentation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 27/07/2019 entrei em contato para agendar uma coleta domiciliar, fui muito bem atendida pela atendente Rayannes que muito educaca e solícita tirou minhas dúvidas e prontamente agendou meus exames; também não foi diferente o atendimento domiciliar, a profissional Ana Maria educada e atenciosa fez a coleta com competência e simpatia. Parabéns ao laboratório, espero que tenham sempre pessoas assim no quadro de funcionários.

On 07/27/2019 I contacted to schedule a home collection, I was very well attended by the attendant Rayannes who very educated and solicitous took my doubts and promptly scheduled my exams; also was not different home care, the professional Ana Maria educated and attentive made the collection with competence and friendliness. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito chateada, pq estou com o braço roxo e doendo muito pq a pessoa que colheu meu sangue, mesmo eu tendo avisado que minhas veias estoram com facilidade, não me ouviu e me furou 2x e ficou catando minha veia dentro do braço, depois disso chamou um colega pra me furar de novo, aí esse furou minha mão, conseguindo colher meu sangue!!!
Very upset, because I have a purple arm and it hurts a lot because the person who collected my blood, even though I warned that my veins are breaking easily, did not hear me and punctured me twice and kept picking up my vein inside the arm, after that she called a colleague to pierce me again, then he pierced my hand, managing to collect my blood!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei surpresa de ver um senhor sendo atendido com a máscara abaixo do nariz, quando tinha que responder abaixava a máscara e a atendente não falou nada, tinha muita gente no local, inclusive uma gestante. Tinha que partir da empresa ensinar a pessoa conviver ali dentro junto com outras pessoas. Lamentável.
I was surprised to see a man being treated with the mask under his nose, when he had to answer, he lowered the mask and the attendant said nothing, there were a lot of people in the place, including a pregnant woman. I had to leave the company to teach people to live together with other people. Unfortunate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui fazer o PCR pois estava com sintomas e fui informada que o resultado saía em até 3 dias... A gente paga um plano pra ter o resultado imediato, pois segundo a mídia, é uma doença mortal, mas não, mais fácil morrer antes de saber. Absurdo! Fui na clínica da família e o resultado saiu na hora. Não recomendo este hospital pra nada! Melhor esperar e ser atendido no SUS.
I went to have the PCR done because I had symptoms and I was informed that the result would come out within 3 days... We pay a plan to have the immediate result, because according to the media, it's a deadly disease, but no, it's easier to die before to know. Absurd! I went to the family clinic and the result came out right away. I don't recommend this hospital for anything! Better to wait and be assisted by SUS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já é a terceira vez que tenho que vir a esse laboratório. Solicitei a retirada da lâmina e após 7 dias úteis, escuto da atendente: ainda não está aqui. O prazo é hoje, mas não sabemos. Pode chegar à tarde.
Segundo o papel que me foi entregue: retirada até 12h.
Péssimo atendimento como sempre! Lentidão e má vontade desde sempre. Como se fosse um favor eu querer a minha lâmina.

According to the paper that was given to me: withdrawal until 12:00.

Não sabem cadê o exame do meu filho
Meu filho precisou ir fazer o teste PCR de covid
Ele tem 11 meses. Apesar dos meus cuidados alguém infelizmente, que não se cuidou passou a agora gente e ao chegar para fazer o teste que é que voltar no dia seguir por falta de informação, no dia seguinte a funcionária que atua como serviços gerais retirou minha senha de prioridade da minha mãe amassou, me deu outro alegando que as 13:00 não havia mais atendimento de prioridade ele sendo o único bebê em um local que estava cheio e cheio de pessoas com suspeita, fechado com ar condicionado ligado forte. É lei o atendimento de prioridade. Ainda ela e as duas outras funcionárias ficaram me olhando com deboche quando questionei a lei da prioridade não ter horário específico nem flexibilidade da lei podendo o estabelecimento colocar como quer. Em um tempo de pandemia podendo piorar meu filho não fui e nem fico dando passeios pois sei do risco que meu filho corre a vida dele em primeiro lugar, fui para tratar da saúde dele e é assim que eles tratam as pessoas descaso total

In a time of a pandemic, which could make my son worse, I didn't go and I don't even go for walks because I know the risk that my son runs his life in the first place, I went to take care of his health and that's how they treat people with total disregard
