★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizei a marcação de exame de USG no dia 03/12 por telefone para realizar no dia 18/12. Chegando na unidade da Labs A + da Penha- RJ a atendente informou que não encontrou nada na agenda e que o exame não é realizado na sextas feiras. Conclusão: Me desloquei de um bairro distante para o outro, gestante, paguei uber e não consegui fazer o exame, pois a atendente o telefone não fez o agendamento, inclusive me deu o ponto de referência do local e sem ter marcado.
A atendente do local disse que isso ocorre com frequência. Total descaso com paciente.
I performed the USG exam appointment on 12/3 by phone to perform on 12/18. Arriving at the Labs A + unit in Penha-RJ, the attendant informed that he did not find anything on the agenda and that the exam is not carried out on Fridays. Conclusion: I moved from one distant neighborhood to another, pregnant woman, I paid uber and I was unable to take the exam, because the attendant on the phone did not make the appointment, even gave me the point of reference of the place and without having booked.
The local attendant said that this occurs frequently. Total neglect with patient.
