★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo, a direção de meu condomínio comprou pedras para o piso aqui. Esta marmoraria não enviou ninguém para tirar medidas precisa da área a ser revestida. Algo muito estranho para uma marmoraria. Resultado, a passarela de entrada ficou 10 centímetros mais estreita que a porta de entrada. Pior ainda, as peças tinham espessura diferente, o que dificultou muito para colocar-las niveladas. Isto também gerou mais despesas com argamassa. Parece que enviaram sobras encalhada que tinham em seu estoque. Hoje 02/03/2020 após alguns anos esta empresa decidiu responder. Nada mais tenho a dizer.

Na hora de colocarem a bancada de granito, uma parte quebrou, e ainda tiveram a capacidade de instalar a pedra errada, e ainda disseram que não teria como trocar! Não se dignaram nem a pedir desculpas, ressarcimento, e a nota fiscal estou esperando até hoje. A justificativa apresentada pela empresa nesse comentário não procede! Precisei refazer a bancada em outra empresa, na qual realmente fui extremamente bem atendida.
