★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento HORRÍVEL... Demora na entrega do material e me foi entregue peças "soltas" e o rapaz me disse que não colava as peças, além das medidas estarem em desacordo com as apresentadas no memento da compra. Não recomendo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima! Pessoal não cumpre o prazo , não entrega na data marcada. Vc tem que ficar ligando e cobrando a entrega do material. Acabamento horrível, te entregam as peças cheias de cola , e depois falam que vão na sua casa retirar o excesso... outra demora.... não recomendo...

Da primeira vez a pedra foi quebrada, além de não estar pronto na data prevista, fui até o local duas vezes e ainda assim não me entregaram.
Pensei que era uma eventualidade, por isso fiz negócio novamente. Desta vez fui três dias após o prazo para garantir que não perderia viagem... Nem cortado estava, olha que é uma mísera ardósia de 50cm por 50cm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui nessa marmoraria ontem. Vê vendedores sem máscara e péssimo atendimento. Perguntei se poderiam tirar medidas p execução de um serviço em imóvel dois quarteirões acima de lá. Um olhou. P o outro e o Sr disse q estavam sozinhos e q não tinham como fazer. Não deram previsão, explicaram como procedem, nada! Já foram dispensa do o cliente. Dei as costas e qdo a foi a boca p falar algo já nem quis mais ouvir pois já tinham .e dispensado. Pois é... Dpois tem empresário q reclama. Sai dali p a marmoraria q me atendeu qdo da reforma de uma casa minha e foi outra coisa. Orcamento: 4500 reais. Serviço fechado e está marmoraria nota 0 no atendimento. Moro há 43 anos na região. Se querem ser mal até dia podem ir nesta marmoraria. Espero q o proprietário estar ciente do mal atendimento. Pois aí perguntar a um empregado se eles seriam os donos disse q não. E aí relatar parte do ocorrido o trabalhador abaixou a cabeça e balançou. Pois é ... Não deve ser a primeira x o mal atendimento ao cliente. Faço votos q o dono saiba e tome providências qto a melhoria do atendimento.

It shouldn't be the first x bad customer service. I hope the owner knows and takes action to improve the service.
