2 horas de espera pra conseguir comer, quando a comida chegou estava simplesmente horrível, erraram em tudo, carne fria, arroz sem sal, batata salgada e encharcada no prato de filé mignon, além de atendentes pouco atenciosos que erraram o pedido e não deram atenção para resolver nosso problema, simplesmente horrível e caro.
One of the worst experiences I've had with restaurants.
2 hours of waiting to be able to eat, when the food arrived it was simply horrible, they got everything wrong, cold meat, rice without salt, salted potato and soaked in the filet mignon plate, in addition to inattentive servers who got the order wrong and didn't pay attention to solve our problem, just awful and expensive.

Arrisquei na costela suína, achando que seria como de todos os outros restaurantes, sem carne. Mas assim que chegou o prato já vi que estava bem suculenta, e com bastante carne, o osso se soltava, mostrando que estava muito bem assada, aipim bem frito, farofa saborosa. O que não me agradou foi o molho extremamente doce, o que faz a costela perder a identidade dela, e deixa um pouco enjoativo, e o arroz.
Os funcionários muito atenciosos, a todo momento perguntando se estava tudo ok pra nós. Ambiente tranquilo e muito bem organizado.
Quando voltar pedirei sem o molho

I took a chance on the pork ribs, thinking it would be like every other restaurant without meat. But as soon as the dish arrived, I saw that it was very succulent, and with a lot of meat, the bone came off, showing that it was very well roasted, well fried cassava, tasty farofa. What I didn't like was the extremely sweet sauce, which makes the rib lose its identity, and makes it a little cloying, and the rice.
The staff were very attentive, always asking if everything was ok for us. Quiet environment and very well organized.
When I come back I will order without the sauce
I recommend!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passei no corredor do shopping de Nova Iguaçu (top shopping) no sábado dia 13 com minha filha e fui abordado de forma muito sutil e educada pela funcionária Sherla que nos convidou a conhecer o salão do restaurante. Adoramos e resolvemos tomar um café. No dia de hoje (21/05/22) estivemos novamente no restaurante, desta vez acompanhados de minha esposa e fomos maravilhosamente bem atendidos pelo funcionário Gerardo e novamente pela Sherla. Pratos e vinho maravilhosos. Atendimento impecável. Parabéns a toda equipe.

I passed in the corridor of the mall in Nova Iguaçu (top mall) on Saturday the 13th with my daughter and was approached in a very subtle and polite way by the employee Sherla who invited us to visit the restaurant's hall. We loved it and decided to have a coffee. Today (21/05/22) we were again at the restaurant, this time accompanied by my wife and we were wonderfully well attended by the employee Gerardo and again by Sherla. Wonderful dishes and wine. Impeccable service. Congratulations to the whole team.

Chegando lá, para realizar o pedido, uma série de itens do menu estavam em falta. Acabei optando por experimentar o linguini com molho branco, por sugestão do atendente. Estava simplesmente delicioso, além de ser bem servido. Gostei muito.
Mas infelizmente o atendimento não só deixou a desejar, como foi rude. Um dos atendentes me tratou com rispidez de maneira gratuita, após eu cometer um engano em uma solicitação. Em momento algum eu fui grossa, não entendi porque fui tratada com grosseria... Me senti muito constrangida e fiquei chateada. Lamentável.
I entered the space delighted with the decor and the menu on the door. It is really very beautiful, and inviting. I was welcomed by the first attendant.
Arriving there, to place the order, a number of menu items were missing. I ended up opting to try the linguini with white sauce, at the suggestion of the attendant. It was simply delicious, in addition to being well served. Really enjoyed.
But unfortunately the service not only left something to be desired, it was rude. One of the attendants treated me harshly free of charge after I made a mistake on a request. At no time was I rude, I didn't understand why I was treated so rudely... I felt very embarrassed and I was upset. Unfortunate.
