★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa empresa é muito irresponsável, entregou nosso produto em outro lugar e ficamos sem o material gráfico por quase dois dias, inventaram tantas desculpas; que o endereço não foi encontrado, que uma pessoa na rua informou que a nossa empresa mudou, e bla bla bla. Mas como que entregaram em outro lugar se o suposto endereço não existe? Engraçado que recebemos mercadoria da Suzano há mais de 3 anos e nunca aconteceu isso. Estamos muito frustrados com essa situação!
This company is very irresponsible, it delivered our product elsewhere and we were without the graphic material for almost two days, they made up so many excuses; that the address was not found, that someone on the street reported that our company has changed, and bla bla bla. But how did they deliver elsewhere if the supposed address does not exist? Funny that we received merchandise from Suzano over 3 years ago and that never happened. We are very frustrated with this situation!
