★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As duas experiências que tive nessa loja foram lamentáveis. Primeiro, mandei orçar um armário e nunca me retornaram. Hoje voltei à loja para olhar sofás, e uma vendedora nada simpatica ficou me seguindo, como se fosse um policial. Eu provavelmente tenho cara de pobre e de ladrão. Cara de quem vai por um sofá no bolso e sair correndo. Nunca vou gastar meu dinheiro nesse lixo.
The two experiences I had in this store were regrettable. First, I had a closet budgeted and they never returned. Today I went back to the store to look at sofas, and an unfriendly saleswoman kept following me, like a policeman. I probably look like a poor man and a thief. Guy who goes to put a couch in his pocket and run away. I will never spend my money on this garbage.

Móveis em geral, jantar, estar, cinema, área de varanda, gourmet, quartos, colchões, cozinha, tapeçaria, projetos, modulados, móveis prontos "soltos" ou projetados "sob medida". Até itens para escritório como cadeiras tipo office. Quadros e adornos também é possível comprar lá. Ambientes lindos e muito bem organizados. Atendimento nota 10 na maior loja de móveis do ponteio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lider tem moveis de altissima qualidade. A equipe das lojas é impecável. Mas recer uma ligação da Fabrica "comunicando" que o prazo de 35 dias uteis mudou para 80 dias uteis ė um absurdo. A logistica de produção deve ser mudada IMEDIATAMENTE. A negociação de prazo nas lojas deve ser mudada IMEDIATAMENTE.
