★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é bom, porém fiquei esperando mais de uma hora para realizar uma ultrassom. Isso que o horário é marcado. Achei falta de respeito.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desrespeito. Logo ao chegar já estranhei a quantidade de pessoas na recepção em plena pandemia. Mesmo com "horário marcado", aguardei mais de uma hora e não fui atendida. Quando fui me informar na recepção, a atendente me disse que eu estaria no horário errado, enquanto outra atendente disse que eu era a próxima. Enfim, péssima experiência. Não indico e não retorno.
Disrespect. As soon as I arrived I was surprised by the number of people at the reception in the middle of a pandemic. Even with "scheduled time", I waited more than an hour and was not answered. When I went to inquire at the reception, the attendant told me that I would be at the wrong time, while another attendant said that I was next. Anyway, bad experience. I do not indicate and do not return.

A médica que me atendeu maravilhosa, te deixa bem a vontade .
E sem contar que minha ginecologista elogiou muito as imagens da ultrassom .
Com certeza farei meus exames somente nessa clinica , moro em sjcampos e não me importo de ir até Caçapava pra fazer .
Espero que continuem sempre assim.
I really liked the clinic, at the reception the girls are very attentive.
The doctor who treated me wonderful, makes you feel comfortable.
Not to mention that my gynecologist praised the ultrasound images a lot.
I will certainly do my exams only at this clinic, I live in sjcampos and I don't mind going to Caçapava to do it.
I hope they will always stay that way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já é a segunda vez que venho fazer exames e espero mais de 40 minutos... sempre chego com antecedência. Falta de respeito total!!!!! Sendo que hoje, meu exame era urgente e por conta de outros compromissos eu não consegui esperar e tive que ir embora. Não volto nunca mais!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ o horário atrasou um pouco, mas fui muito bem atendida, médico atencioso e educado, muito diferente da clínica concorrente onde tive um péssimo atendimento. com certeza voltarei para fazer os próximos exames.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei do atendimento no dia que fui. Porém, o atendimento via telefone é péssimo, atendem e não falam nada e nos deixam a mercer do outro lado da linha. Descaso!
I liked the service the day I went. However, the service via phone is terrible, they answer and don't say anything and leave us at the mercy of the other end of the line. neglect!
