★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tivemos uns problemas nos últimos meses, ficamos chateados porque isso atrapalhou na faculdade noturna on line que estamos fazendo.
Mas, agora com a troca do cabeamento para a fibra melhorou muito o serviço, não estamos tendo interrupções e a rede está com muita velocidade A equipe tem nos prestado um bom atendimento.
Sendo assim, no momento, estamos recomendando a Likelink.
 We had some problems in the last few months, we were upset because it hindered the online night college we are doing.
But now, with the switch from cabling to fiber, the service has improved a lot, we are not having interruptions and the network is running very fast. The team has been providing us with good service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não tenho do que reclamar já tive instabilidade mas eles sempre são muito solícitos o atendimento é muito ágil e atencioso. Eu tive anteriormente multiplic e vcs não sabem o que é ficar 5 dias sem internet seguidos e quase todo dia pelo menos algumas horas e sem.nenhum tipo de atendimento mesmo whats era 2 dias pra responder. Então entendo que sempre pode haver alguma dificuldade, manutenção mas se tem vontade e empenho em resolver pra mim já é válido.
I have nothing to complain about, I already had instability but they are always very helpful. The service is very agile and attentive. I had previously multiplied and you do not know what it is like to be 5 days without internet in a row and almost every day at least a few hours and without. No type of service even whats was 2 days to answer. So I understand that there can always be some difficulty, maintenance, but if you are willing and committed to resolve it for me, it is already valid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu gosto dessa empresa pois quando eles têm algum problema de conexão resolvem com agilidade,não nos deixa na mão. Dificilmente tenho problema com eles. Já tive outras experiências com empresa de internet e essa é a melhor até agora. Quando entro em contato eles prontamente resolvem minha solicitação. Não tenho do que reclamar.
I like this company because when they have a connection problem they solve it quickly, it doesn't let us down. I hardly have a problem with them. I've had other experiences with an internet company and this one is the best so far. When I contact them they promptly resolve my request. I have nothing to complain about.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Internet horrível, não funciona todos os app, nem os técnicos sabem dizer o pq e quando vc tenta cancelar falam que tem fidelidade de 1 ano por um serviço que não funciona e querem cobrar multa
Horrible internet, all the apps don't work, even the technicians don't know why and when you try to cancel they say they have 1 year loyalty for a service that doesn't work and they want to charge a fine
